    The stay in Neeranand has always been great.The staff and management are attentive.The food is good too. It's simply a homestay. The banquet hall is pretty big enough to celebrate small ceremonies like birthday parties or anniversaries.

    Yes, it deserves all the stars.i stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was great. Not long after the smooth check-in and entering the room, level of minute attention to tiny details by the staff at this hotel is amazing.I have never previously experienced this at any hotel and I am very impressed.

    This is third time I stayed in this hotel. My last visit was in 2014. Now after 2 years I decided to choose the same hotel again. And I am happy to say that it was not at all a bad decision. I booked through goibibo. Normal checkin time is 12 pm. But my train reached early and I went to hotel around 8:30. I insisted for an early check in, if possible. At that time none of their rooms were vacant. But within sometime someone checked out and they promptly cleaned the room and provided me that for time being till the time the room I am suppose to stay get vacant to become fresh. After the night journey, it was really relaxing and moreover they did not charge anything for the early check in. The Manager and the staffs are really helpful and room service is good. The food quality is also good and had my all meals at hotel only. For location and other details, please refer to my earlier review or reviews by other users.. it was a good stay...keep up the good service...

    As a matter of fact I think this review is going to impact positively on the hotel's run. Please make sure of the tidiness of the hotel's room and accessories provided to the customers. On the average the hotel is ok and food and other things are average. In the interest of owner and customers I think there is room for improvement on service like, there should be no foul odour, towels should be clean, the tv and remote should work properly, these are the small things which are missed here. The wifi speed was not enough to open pages after some time. Thanks

    Stayed here during an official trip. It a very average hotel. The breakfast buffet is still ok & offers some good stuff to eat. The rooms are ok. the nearby place is good & loads of places to eat outside rather than in the restaurent.

  • Try to book rooms in 2nd floor if available. Though I did not stay on those rooms but I am saying so as you will get some roof top seating place outside your room.
