What's Good: Buffet breakfast, airport pickup and drop off
What needs to improve : Not very clean, very old stuff in the room
Reason For Rating : Bathroom was smelling of urine. Wardrobe and other furniture were broken. The walls and corners were not very clean. Breakfast was very good - buffet with lot of options. The airport pick up and drop was also very efficient.

What's Good: The room was spacious and clean. Our stay would have been more comfortable had (i) The toilet flush worked properly, (ii) The AC remote worked properly, (iii) There would have been a kettle with tea bags instead of a refrigerator, (iv) The geyser switch been under control of the guest and (v) The switch boards been user-friendly. I suggest Yaatra excludes this room if not the hotel from its roll.

What's Good: Room was not very clean. There was used alcohol bottle in the drawer. Only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests. Food was bad. Complimentary breakfast was very lousy. Overall, it is not worth the price.

What can i say! Gem in the city. Although the schedule stay for one night but extended for next 02 days. Super cool staff. Ten out of ten to ritesh reception guy. If you are looking for genuine hospitality, visit and feel.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this crap. They are a total disgrace. And the staffs are extremely rude. They were supposed to arrange transport to airport. Their car didn't arrive even after 30 min of the scheduled time. They were oblivious to it. And when they arrived they wanted to put all 4 of us on the back of the car!!! Just imagine, 4 adult on the back of a sedan!! Ohh when their current goes out, you need to take out the plastic from the holder near the door and re-insert. Else their AC, Washroom light doesn't work. Do not stay in this hotel ever. It is a disgrace

Have never seen the worst management and the worst hotel in Kolkata. I was booked through Yatra.com and got a pathetic behavior from hotel staff and their management. They ask are we married or not because the SIR name is not same. They were ask for Marriage certificate which I gave to them but although the kind of questions are repeating by their repcepcenist it was horrible. I am also a hotelier. But never seen my entire life such a nonsense hotel like Shree Krishna International. Being a married couple we have to face this kind of allegation. Besides none of are having any knowledge about the rules or code of conduct but they are behaving like they are the Judges of Supreme Court they are experts. No welcoming neither from the security or neither from any of hotel employees. We really had very bad experiences because the several questions are asking by a manager who was in reception whose attitude was just pathetic and worst. We have to go some where else and we got the room at Another hotel with a good attiquet and good hospitality. The hotel doesn't have the proper security because the guest lift is out side of the building which is connected to the main road so any one can access. Employee are wearing casual dress there is no dress code of this hotel. The worst hospitality. I would recommend not to book this hotel ever.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel: it is extremely overpriced, dirty, very hard uncomfortable bed. The hotel manager would not give me a receipt so theyre not operating according to standards. They also gave me short notice that I had to check out (after the receipt issue was unresolved) even though I had confirmed the room for another night - I was basically kicked out for asking for a receipt!

Booked a room 201, but when went to check in that room was already booked, and given to some other couple for extra money the staff working there are very cheap which reflects their born and brought up.
