What's Good: has damaged Beds and Mattresses, stinking rooms, torn bed sheets, restaurant is not operational under the Garb of UNDER RENOVATION Location is hard to find

Yes, it do require a lot of requirement, it was totally wastage of money of mine. Only one thing is good that is the location or else rest are just there for sake. Very very bad, they should open there eyes and have a look at the reality

Rooms are smelly and tiny, too many mosquitoes... Couldn't sleep at night! And when we asked for the extra bed, which we had already paid for when our trip and this old, smelly hotel was booked by Bijoy travels (never trusting those travel agents again!) they gave an awfully dirty mattress and told to sleep in the floor! And even charged some extra charge at the end of the bill even though we paid fully in advanced and had printed the proof. But they kept on giving weird excuses. Just avoid this place. Too much headache.

We booked the hotel because it was near the airport. However when we arrived it was not possible to get to it by taxi because the road was being repaired. The taxi driver said it was not a good hotel for tourists and it didn't seem to be in a good area. We took his advice and found a different hotel.

Rooms are shabby, Bathrooms are not clean. Bed sheets and blankets are very stinky, not changed or cleaned on daily basis. No wifi and an Old fashioned Television for your entertainment. The only best part is the location is near to the airport and easy conveyance. For Pure Vegetarians, Haldiram is nearby to get the Veg Food and snacks.

I had booked a room in hotel heritage - TG rooms Kolkata for my husband's stay for one night. When he arrived there at 11:30 pm after finishing his work, the hotel staff told him very rudely that there was no booking by his name. How come Yatra send me the confirmation mail then?? So I called up Yatra to make some alternate arrangement, after several attempts at customer care, at around 12 finally the Yatra customer care lady said we've arranged a room in Hotel Jagannath. She also confirmed that since airport drop was included in the earlier booking, my husband would get it at Jagannath as well. When he arrived there after successfully hailing a taxi himself at 12 in the night, hotel jagannath staff says we don't have any confirmation from Yatra, so you'll have to pay yourself. By now, my husband was sick and tired of all this drama waiting out in the cold and had an early morning flight to catch, he decided to just go with it. I tried calling customer care again but your hotels section had closed for the day and would reopen the next morning. Finally, my husband had to pay for his stay and did not get any transfers to the airport either. Needless to say, such DISGUSTING and SHODDY service by a company like Yatra makes me think where all the travel companies are heading.
