What's Good: Stay was wonderful.....Hotel was good....Everything was Good but only thing which i felt BAD was that the breakfast was not complimentary even after paying so much whereas small hotels give you complimentary Breakfast. So i will suggest that you should include breakfast in your package.

This is a good location, near to the Victoria Memorial. The hotel facilities are excellent and the restaurant good, but the best thing was the staff. So helpful without being obsequious. We arrived early but were checked in immediately. Restaurant staff were very helpful over food choices and quantities (it's not often that you are recommended to order less than you were thinking!).

Was here for work and pleasure and to me I think hotel has justified the money I paid. Special kudos to team who has been keeping my stuff prep. I will be back soon once again to have such pleasant stay .

This is my second stay at the Kenilworth hotel Kolkata and I have to say that I refuse to stay anywhere else. This is my home away from home. What brings me back is the staff. Always friendly and welcoming and after my husband fell ill this time, (after eating at an outside restaurant) the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and make sure he was ok. The owner of this hotel should be very proud of the staff that represent him. From the front of house staff ( fantastic!) to the housekeeping ( Vijay, good to see you again!) and of course Aromas cafe. Delicious buffet breakfast and love the Dosas! The food here is of a very high standard and quality and once again we love the staff. Thank you to Ranjan, Furkan, Abhijit and little Lisa and all other staff. Australia could learn a lot about the service from this hotel. Thank you again Kenilworth Hotel. You always make us feel like family. Cant wait to return.

This was my second stay at the Kenilworth Hotel and I was, once again, quite pleased. The breakfast buffet selection (Western and Indian) was generous and items such as omelets and waffles can be ordered, as well. It is in a much quieter neighborhood, as compared to Sudder Street or New Market, where you will be hassled by touts. There is abundant hot water for showering and a dependable wifi connection for multiple devices. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to the British, American and Australian consulates. It is about a block to a Forex foreign exchange office which offers a MUCH better rate than the airport. Since I arrived after midnight, I requested an airport pickup and the conscientious careful driver was there to greet me.
