What's Good: Clean
What needs to improve : Inconvenient, location .restaurant not available food variety, wifi not available for 2 days in room., brekfast no choices. Waste management, not worthy for money.

Luxury hotel, great hospitality.

Little bit far from Main city but very near to Airport. So perfect place for airport comers. Nice ambiance and great hospitality. Foods were all lip smacking. The Hotel is equipped with modern amenities and they also provide party hall for your corporate party. Rooms are all well maintained and room service is great.
Business hotel in rajarhat

Had the pleasure of visiting the hotel for an event and was charmed by the hospitality. The accommodation is suitable for business travellers travelling to and from the airport and visiting rajarhat. There is a good banquet and a classy conference room , but the highlight of the hotel is Reflexion, the multi cuisine restaurant which serves mouth watering food. Stop in for a bite even if you are pressed for time,I assure you that it would be a memorable gastronomical adventure.

Pros: Well maintained rooms, very helpful staff (especially Saurabh Bhattacharya - thank you!), proximity to the airport, decent prices. Cons: Breakfast spread could have been better, especially for vegetarians, and please do update your telephone numbers on promotional material

First of all, am thinking where to start.. I was looking hotel near by airport and I booked the hotel random "The Majestic Suit" but I didn't see check in time :( Thank god the Susmita has corporate with me and early check-in possible and that day heavy raining also. Just one word amazing!!! Please visit..

Excellent rooms, excellent service at affordable prices. Corporate party hall available that is quite brilliant. Wonderful foods available at Reflexion. It's not a 5 Star Hotel but serves every pinch of a 5 star. A journey to The Majestic is worthwhile.

Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on Yatra?
The cancellation policy for hotel bookings varies according to hotel and room type. For more information, please check the cancellation policy mentioned next to the price for the room type. If you are cancelling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. In all cases, you'll be charged a standard cancellation fee of Rs. 250 per booking over and above the hotel's own cancellation charges.
How do I pay for the gala dinner?
