Reason For Rating : Hi Yatra. Regarding my stay at Jeevan I am looking for a full refund. On arrival at the hotel the rooms were unavailable for me . Please contact the hotel to confirm this and refund me ASAP. Very disappointing

The General Manager mr. Wilson george good behavior, I like the service, Front office department is good, Nice summing pool Beer wine pearler is Good but the manager David behavior very bad, that's only a negative one, other all things are good.

Iam a regular traveler to kovalam and always jeevan is my first choice. But my last trip was dissopointed one. Again this time i bet for it yes. Now it is started to come back. Due to sudden dismissal of the property owner there is ups and downs to maintain the good property. Luckily the manager is fantastic guy who is always jump into any help to support for coworkers without ego. Jeevan please support the manager and give some ears to his words. Now his son took in charge the property started to renovate (He was graduated in tourism management). A good customer always support in bad times because before this resort gave us wonderful experiences and sweet memories . Now I have seen the efforts which was taken to renovate the resorts when I was staying there new 30 LED televisions reached there, plumping works are started. I Hope jeevan will fly with colours again and very soon. Some tips to Jeevan's Young management 1. Please allocate one room to kids for in house play with some playing equipments to fullfill kids with family. 2. Renovate pool tables with glass rooms overlooking sea. 3.Plumping works in all areas including rooms as first preference (it is started) 4. Please change some items in routine breakfasts. 5.Arranging some group activities like poovar trip, kerala food tour or some beach front activities fishing village tours.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Immediately after check in i was given inside town view room in place of my booking seashell room partial view which was then replaced by swimming pool view room saying that it is the seashell room partial view. Then on my complaint to reception about providing liquid hand wash in the dispenser and sanitary tissue paper roll in bathroom it was said he will send somebody but nobody turned up even after complaining 2-3 times. Regarding non availability of hot water it was told that their solar heating system is not working and one bucket hot water will be provided if I give them bucket from my bathroom. There is nobody to attend at reception many times. Otherwise hotel location and rooms are very good. Rooms are quite large and spacious but highly priced. I had booked a sea shell room partial view. After immediate check-in at around 7:15 pm I was given a room from where a no sea no partial view was available. I immediately rushed to reception and complained. That time another senior came and offered me another room. After checking in to this room it was observed that after opening the door of balcony no sea view was available but view of hotels kid's swimming pool was available. After leaning out of balcony a sea view through restaurant could be seen. I again complained to manager. He said it is only sea shell room with hotel and they have upgraded my room which was indigestible to me. He offer me a full sea view, sea facing room at extra cost of rd 1000 per night which was not accepted by me. Next morning I complained about non availability of hand wash liquid in liquid dispenser and sanitary tissue paper in bathroom for 2-3 times and in evening also but nobody turned up. And we were left at our fate. The room was booked through MMT.

We checked in this resort on 22nd October 2018. Got room number 307. Second floor.Suprised to see,room telephone is not working.Television not working.Washroom-Basin Tap & bathing tap not working.We requested front line manager to change the room but he don't bothered.We asked several times to change the room,but they told us,we will solve the problem.Today 23rd October we have checked out from resort & problem is unsolved.One most important thing I observed that they are giving much more attention to foreigners as compare to Indians.This is bad experience I have.Will not recommend my any freinds & family to visit this resort. My rating Regards Bijeet Choudhary

Had horrible experience. Only one plus point is that it is on the beach. But very far from parking. Had to wait for one hour at parking for them to come and take our luggage. Another one hour went in checking in. Had to greet dirty bathrooms, yellow water in taps and unfunctional bulbs in rooms. Only go there if u wish to spoil your vacations.
