A perfectly OK hotel but now very dated both in terms of the rooms and service. In fairness I visited out of season so one of only two guests in the place but you might therefore think the experience would be amazing. AC very noisy and glad I don't weigh more the way the bath was flexing under my feet when I had a shower. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - it always amazes and disappoints me that, in a place surrounded by wonderful fresh produce, the best on offer is juice from a carton and under-ripe (inedible) Papaya. The omelette, toast and tea was Ok but also unspectacular. Good point is that it's close to the temple and if you speak local languages you have a hundred TV channels to choose from (none if you don't). There are plenty of hotels nearby but sadly none look any better. Nice people.

We had a pleasant room, though there was very little soundproofing against corridor noise. It wasn't a problem though as people coming and going, though noisy at the time, it didn't last long. The hotel is a bit old now and a bit echoey. Lunch and breakfast were good and they provided a packed lunch for us to have on the road on our way to Vaishali and Patna. I was not able to pay by card as their internet connection was too weak. Fortunately we had enough rupees with us, though I had hoped not to have to get any more rupees before leaving India. I had to make my way out of the next hotel in Patna through the crowds and rubble and into a seedy ATM booth where I could withdraw only up to R4000 at a time.

This is one of the very good hotels in Kushinagar. Well kept, clean rooms and toilets. Food is excellent, buffet service with Indian and International mixed cuisines. Management/Chefs were kind enough to ask what we like to eat and to prepare our suggestions without hesitation. This was highly appreciated. Friendly staff (specially at the dinning area) who looked after guests. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel - during February 2017.

Average hotel with lobby only wifi. Receptionist was not that friendly but service in the restaurant was good. Location is near local pilgrimage sights. Rooms and bathroom are very good for India standard, but you still hear the sounds outside. Water is in the better conditioned than in Gaya area. I measured it from the my after-washed hair. Warm water works well. Heater machine was provided in the room. Local food is good at the hotel restaurant. Don't stay in the rooms near the hotel kitchen. They are really loud.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with family. It's good to find such nice hotel in small town like Kushinagar. It's bit costly compared to its star rating but we don't have much choice in Kushinagar. Yes there is no arrangements for noise control.. Try to stay in rooms away from restaurant and lobby. Food quality is just ok or you may try eating in another govt hotel pathik niwas, which is nearby. Garden is well maintained. Overall ambience is good. May feel like rooted to village life .
