This is beautiful property with everything about the place oozing with warmth. The food is excellent, the hygiene is on point and everything is very well maintained. We went in a big group of 20 people for one whole weekend and all our requirements throughout the stay were seamlessly met.A bit tricky to reach the place though, so it would help to reach out to them in advance for directions.

Great getaway from Mumbai. Its tucked away from the commercial area of Lonavala which makes it perfect for a peaceful stay. Hygiene is maintained indoors ( rooms and bathrooms) and outdoors (garden area). Well behaved staff. Great food. Suitable for all age groups, family, friends. Shall visit again.
Great place for overnight stay

Went with huge family to celebrate 85 th birthday of senior member of family .stayed in chalets which was very well maintained.Food was amazing and tasty so was the service. Coffee was brilliant so was the akuri. We absolutely loved our stay . The only downside was the bad road leading to the place
Stunning food in wonderful grounds

Meher Villa was a welcome break from the noise and chaos of Mumbai. Its located slightly outside Lonavala and handy to the Karla and Bhaja caves. The bungalows are set around lovely lawns and a small pool. The central fireplace/BBQ is a good place to chat to other guests. With A/C inside and large verandahs it was possible to stay as warm or as cool as we needed. Theres some distant noise from the expressway and train tracks, but nothing to compare to the din of the city. Our stay was made memorable by probably the best food Ive ever had in any hotel or B&B. The staff were buying the food fresh from the market each morning, so if we got our requests in early enough we could have pretty much anything we wanted that they knew how to cook. I particularly remember a vege dhansak and a fried pomfret. Theres a rough section of road just for the last stretch, so drive carefully. If youre coming from Mumbai on the expressway, take the exit after the one marked for Lonavala, as there is a much longer stretch of bumpy road between the town and Meher Villa coming from that side. This is probably not the route on your sat-nav, but it should re-route OK.
Personally i liked the mountain facing rooms the best

Prefer room at the corner as rest room has noise from the passing by trains.

All rooms face the pool. Large groups go for the villa and the 2 cottage right opposite the villa.
