The villa is in the middle of the jungle and the views are nice. High ceilings and very very spacious. Bathrooms are clean and villa is kind of clean. The only problem is that there is mold on the ceilings and it smells like mold once you walk in. Also, the humidity doesn't help with the mold situation, the bed sheets were very damp when we arrived because the AC was not on. If you're looking for a fun weekend with friends in a private villa then you'll enjoy it here. The staff are truly welcoming and wonderful. They were very helpful and prompt. We ordered dinner and breakfast everyday and all the food was great. They have great tandoori chicken and excellent butter chicken. Prices for food are very reasonable. Once again the staff was very accommodating no matter how many times we called and ordered things. A big thank you to them for making our stay very comfortable.

The property does not look great from outside but looks good inside. We were looking forward to a nice relaxed break with family. 1) Sleepless night and indifferent staff : There were 2 villas next to ours which were occupied by a huge group of almost 20 people or more. They occupied the pool the whole day and were playing loud music which is ok in the daytime but at night 8 they started partying and the music was extremely loud. We thought it would stop at 10 or 11 but it refused to die down. In fact it got louder. Even after complaining to the staff who I dont know if they even did anything about it or were paid off by these folks. The people did not reduce the music and continued playing loud music. I personally went and told them to reduce the music. The partying went on till 4:30 at night or early morning when finally I had it ... we had old people and a baby with us , no one could sleep properly. I again called the reception and then the party stopped. It does not end here, they get into the pool at this odd hour of 5:00 AM and start making noise there post which I had really go and tell them again to stop. 2) what is really bothersome is the staff of this resort who let people party with blaring music till 4:30 AM and Letting then get into the pool at 4:30 AM. I mean dont you guys have any policies regarding loud music. I am not saying dont party but atleast dont disturb those who have come to the resort for it. 3) Overpaid Food : The food here is extremely overpriced like seriously for home food you charge these rates. I am never going back here. Went there for peace but came back with a headache.

Seven sands is in a decent locality. Some villas have a nice view of trees around them. If you are a large group and book the whole villa then it will be better, otherwise you will have to share the common living room. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves. There is a small pool and like the villa its better if its not crowded. The staff are helpful but the food is just average. If you are looking at only spending time in the resort then it may not suit you since there is not much on offer. However if exploring the countryside is what you are going for then you give it a shot !!

I stayed at Seven sands villa with my family and relatives for 2 nights. It was indeed a very pleasant and memorable stay. It's a very luxurious property with top notch services. Good cleanliness very spacious bedrooms and a huge hall with dining area. The cuisines were excellent; we never felt any need to try anything from any outside restaurant. The staff was also ver courteous. The location of the villa is excellent; it's a very calm and serene place. Kids also enjoyed every bit of it. Excellent stay; highly recommended; would definitely be visiting again
