What's Good: This hotel has all the amenities one requires it is really good.
What needs to improve : The route was not good, bad roads. rooms were leaking due to rain all the water was coming inside. the rooms need to be renovated

Reason For Rating : Stayed for one night... Connectivity issue. Roads are too bad. Rooms are clean. Overall ok.

What's Good: The conneting road is horrible. The service and kitchen staff are very arrogant n misbehaved. Restaurant prices are very high and cleanness is very very poor..... Only thing is the front office staff people are very cooperative.....

What's Good: To bagit today, I have booked hotel sky blue resort lonavla, and it was told that it is a 3 star hotel but the condition of the hotel was really horrendous, with water in the rooms all over, unwelcoming staff, insecure hotel. I am really disaapointed with this kind of service of yours. I would rate your service as 1 star. I would suggest you not to fraud your customers anymore.

What's Good: Poor maintenance of facility. Most of the equipment's are either broken or old. Can be a good property if attention is given on cleanness & maintenance of property.

What's Good: Linens are very dirty and appeared not washed for ages. Seemed same linen circulated amongst guests without washing. Pool was dirty perhaps water not changed or filtered for ages. Very hard to reach hotel, which situated in interior. Breakfast not adequate. Even simple bread was not available after few gusts had them. Doors are poorly latched, leading to inadequate security. Absolutely no parking facility. Vehicles are to be parked outside on road. Was so disgusting that we left in one day instead of booked for 2 days.

One of the worst and poorly maintained place you can come across in Lonavala. Rooms are just not worth talking about. Lacks basic cleaning I dont think they even change sheets because the room we stayed in had stained and stinking sheets. Duvet had hair strands. Food is better however service is bad. Cutlery n crockery are of poor quality. Pool is poorly maintained. Anyone and everyone can go in the pool drink pee whatever. Very bad experience.

people who are managing the thing, themselves, s are not sure what they can offer and what they cant. Even after a lengthy discussion and agreement, refused to accept any payment mode apart from cash. Even for NEFT/ IMPS transaction, they wanted to charge 18% GST, seems the tourists are all dumb. For Debit card swap also, they wanted 18% extra than the actual payment. Dirty bed and pillows, broken bathroom fittings, inadequate light all over should be the tag line and management is least bothered to provide those basics post rectification. Over priced water and soft drinks, broken tile on dance floor, no light on balconies, dirty curtain, unclean and ill lighted bathrooms, wet and unclean lobby are the addition. Even for a bill, they wanted to charge us extra. Pressurized to vacate room before time. A pathetic and horrible experience. Highly avoidable. only should opt for if you want to spoil your mood and holiday.

Very worst service. You have to remind several times to get some services. Located where Auto Ricshaw/ taxi not willing to come. You have to walk half km on bad steep road to reach resort Not advisable for Families at all. Drinkers do havock at night. They charge heavily if you book vehicle from this resort.

It was not as shown in photographs. The services were too too slow. The dinner ordered @8 pm arrived in the room @10 pm. The breakfast was also served lately. The staff was not co-operative & supportive. They were rude.

this place is much better then before... after the change of management... .. good food... lovely place... with reasonable rates...it has a good ambience.... shall surely visit the place again... road is adventerous bt its really fun...
