What's Good: This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. We r frequent traveller but this hotel is such a make a fool on net booking. It is out of the city in remote area where u can't travel without a car or u need an auto that charges us 400.On net they fool people by just promising free shuttle but as soon as u pay n book all free r changed to pay. Pls don't get fooled by there own written good comments. I m totally not satisfied with this dirty hotel in terms of cleanliness or free breakfast.

I selected this hotel as I was attending a govt organized function at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan at Gomti Nagar, and this was a nearby option. Hotel location is good and was easily traceable. I got the room booked through OYO for @ INR 1500 per night. I stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was complimentary. But please note that there is no buffet breakfast. You can order only one item such as Puri Bhaji or Paratha or Sandhwich which will be considered complimentary. If you order any additional item, then that will be charged extra. Cleanliness was not up-to mark. The hallway and stairs were littered. However the room was OK. The toilet did not have any window, there was only a small exhaust fan. The photos available of this hotel on OYO were obviously photo-shopped. The actual quality is much below than the exceptionally beautiful photographs of the room interiors. In the morning, I asked for toothpaste to the guy at reception. I carry only toothbrush and not toothpaste as now-a-days most hotels provide a dental kit. The guy at the reception refused to provide toothpaste saying that they don't have, when I told them that I am ready to pay for it and can they send someone to buy one for me, he refused. The problem was the guy who was manning the reception was not aware that they do provide a dental kit. It seems that he was an uneducated person who was asked to sit at reception in place of someone else and was not trained for the job. However, when the original receptionist returned later, I was provided with the toothpaste. This took about half an hour's precious time early morning when I was in a hurry to get ready. I was surprised in the morning when hot water was not available. The guy at reception told me that since this is warm season, they don't provide hit water (I stayed in July when it was raining). He further told me that since all the pipelines are connected for all rooms, it is difficult to provide hot water in all rooms. So I had to bathe with cold water. However, next day, I was surprised to notice that hot water was coming through the shower in the bathroom. Obviously, on the first day, the guy at reception was giving some lame excuses. The in-house food menu was a little expensive, so I walked to a nearby place and had dinner there. Another thing I observed that the staff was not professional/ was not trained properly. When I asked for bottle of mineral water, they did not send till I had to remind them twice. There was no towel in the room when I checked in. I asked for towel and they took more than half an hour to send the towel to my room, after calling the house keeping twice. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant, I will not stay there again and won't recommend anyone to stay there. Maybe you can stay there for one night if you don't get any better option. Advice to the Hotel Management/ Owner: Your property is not bad, but you need to maintain better cleanliness, improve the standard of service and train the staff for their jobs. It's the staff who make the staying experience good or bad for a guest. I have stayed in hotels having smaller rooms and interior decoration which was not good as yours, but I enjoyed my stay when the property was clean, service was quick and staff was polite.

We were a group of 8 people visiting Lucknow to attend a marriage and needed a place to stay for a night. Good Things: They have a decent room size. House Keeping staff attitude was good, when mentioned with any problems, they were available to listen at-least. Not so good: The first thing I expect from a hotel is a clean Lenon and towels so I can sleep properly and Amanda didnt have those. The sheets and pillow covers were no where close to clean and were horribly stained. Staff had to find one clean sheet after changing 5 of them. Same with pillow covers. Food is super expensive in comparison to the hotel standard i.e. Tea cup small size Rs50, Parantha Rs 125 each etc.

Our group was on a road trip and we needed a room to crash for a few hours in lucknow. So we decided to look for a place on the route and booked this place based on positive reviews on mmt. The location is good. Right behind Novotel. Our first disappointment was the absence of parking. Although the hotel maintains they have car parking, but the same is on the service road and without any shade in sight. We had reached at noon and were shocked to find no covered parking. The security did offer to clean the car though he was quick to clarify that it would be on paid basis. The people at the reception retained our ID proofs and insisted that they would have it sent to the room upon taking a copy, but that didnt happen until we checked out ( this shoudnt happen). the rooms are poorly designed, black interiors but look rich in the photos. The linen was not clean and very shabby. The latches and doors were in a bad condition as though it was broken open more often. We ordered a biryani and for almost Rs 350 per dish, it was exorbitantly charged taking advantage of the fact that there are few options but at a walk-able distance in the sun. The food was average. The saving grace was the AC which functioned well to give us the comfort of a few hours of well deserved sleep after driving straight from Bhutan.

We spend one night in the Hotel. Check in was at 10AM so that we had to stay in another room till 12AM. The location is very quiet. The room and the bathroom were clean and the beds comfortable. Because we were 3 people we needed a extra bed. To get it we had to remind the staff three times before we got on. The breakfast was OK.
