    When I chose to stay at this property the main driving force were the Photographs available online at the Trip Advisor website and its ranking of No.1 of 106 Hotels in Ludhiana. So, my expectation based on this portrayal was that of a POSH upscale Hotel, sadly it was anything but that. It is a very average place. Coming to the disappointing parts. Let me start with the air conditioning. Although it was November and fairly cool outside. The room was extremely warm. I kept the AC running for a good 40 minutes and when it made no affect, I called the reception. They told me that they will have the cooling turned up. Another hour passed and things were still the same. Then a sleepy (almost drunk (at 5 PM)) technician rung the room bell. He comes in switches it Off and then Back On and then turns to me and informs me that now it will work. Really??? I mean How foolish do they think that their guests are? How can switching it Off and then back on possibly rectify this issue? As expected, nothing happened and I suffered the heat. Then a very serious issue presented itself. The Covid Pandemic is around, Hotels are supposed to be extra cautious in Sanitizing the Hotel and particularly the rooms. In here there is only lip service paid to it. There are a few Social distancing stickers on the floor at the entrance and in the lobby to present itself as a responsible property. But as you reach the room that impression vanishes. In my room I found a long human hair right under my tea cup (which was turned upside down on it see photo). If a human hair can be left there by the housekeeping you can imagine how thorough they would have been to disinfect it of Corona virus? While I am at it, I must also mention that you should not expect running HOT water here. It is available only at fixed timings. One fancy posh Hotel this is. The only saving grace was the restaurant and its courteous staff. To conclude I will state For a property that is struggling with the very basics of Air Conditioning, Running Hot Water and Extremely critical Sanitization expecting them to understand the nuances of Hospitality and providing the same is simply asking too much.

    I would like to share my experience in regenta hotel ludhiana. Food was too tasty and good. Specially south indian food. Special thanks to chef yogesh, mr dev. I would like to visit again this hotel. Thanks to regenta team.

    previous month i attended a party the food was not really good at all like previous year previous year food was so good in taste and really very yummy but this time i had a poor experience including taste.

  • Car Damaged in Hotels Premises

    I wote this mail to customer care department & Hotel staff' still i am staying in Hotel only but no revert & responsive action from anybody as of now' will update progess soon whether its a positive or negetive. Hi Perkin, I am writing this letter to express my concern about a resent incident i experienced at your Hotel. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that i received extremely poor service during my stay at Hotel Regenta Ludhina, which took place from 05/10/2020 to 16/10/2020 which i was thinking to extend till 30th of this month, On which i am not sure now that i am going for extension at this place or not !! You can check with my credentials that i almost stayed more then 200 days in the chain of regenta from 2018 till date & I use to travel 20 to 25 days in a month at different different locations in North India & some locations in Pan India as well. This was my first worst experience which i am sharing with you forcefully as i am not in a confidence that some is really concern about the customer satisfaction. Purpose of writing this mail is just to understand that is the the hospitality service with 3*** or4**** are suppose to deliver to the guest, Point by point feedbacks are mentioned below for your knowledge & betterment. 1 08/10/2020 = WIFI was not working from 05/10/20 till 10/10/2020, Every day i was getting confirmation that it will fix tomorrow & tomorrow came after 5 days of check in 2 07/10/2020 = Juice was not available at the breakfast, confirmed by serving staff. 3 11/10/2020 = Tomato catch-up was out of stock, confirmed by serving staff. 4 11/10/2020 = So many Aunt's was there in the room & on Bed, shown to the housekeeping staff he confirmed that next day morning they'll clean room properly, Next day on 12/10/2020 Same issue i raised to the morning to Mrs. Pinky (Hotel staff) & they confirmed that by evening surely they'll clear the room but unfortunately when i came in evening i bring Mr.Uttam (Hotel Staff) along with me to recheck the room In his presence he was also shocked to see so many aunts in the room & with the immediate effect he changed my room from Room No: 717 to Room No: 714. 5 11/10/2020 = I parked my washed car in perfect condition in Hotels Basement parking close to 4:30 in evening as instructed by Security Guard, But unfortunately when i drove my car out of the parking on 12th morning i noticed that my car is hit by someone, with immediate effect i asked security guard & shown him the damages, He called his superiors Mr. Pinky, & some more colleagues have seen & confirmed that the damages are fresh & they give me satisfaction that CCTV Camera's are there in the parking, person who is authorized to see the cctv footage is not available in the morning somewhere around 09:30, So by evening they will resolve this and with this assurance i left for my work place. I was not aware that again in the evening some more surprises are waiting for me, Same security guard was on duty with no clue about the cctv footage, Mr. Uttam was surprised to listen this incident & he called Mr. Ram & again i explained whole scenario to him & his team, they also confirmed that they will see cctv footage & get back to me with the solution of this but unfortunately as of now no revert from anybody i have received. I hope to hear back from you with the solution with immediate effect & thanku for reading my letter

  • Opt for the rooms with pool view...the ones with city view have a bad view due to unclean facade !!
