What's Good: I have paid Extra Rs 480/- as occupation was for 2+1. In my application I have asked for 3 persons.

What's Good: It's Tamil Nadu Govt hotel, under TTDC. Maintenance is not good. No dinning hall or cafeteria or canteen in the hotel. Nearby no restaurants.

What's Good: Queens Suit is very good, its 2 room facility. One room is with and other is visitors - Dining. Bed room is huge and good. I would like to visit again to temple city.

The hotel is ok . Its is more of a guest house than a hotel property. good place to stay though if spending time with family. Located near the city. Food is ok but i preferred outside food. rooms are big
TTDC has cheaply behaving staff and no care for travel comfort

i went on a tirupati tour operated by ttdc on 2-may and wanted to share a detailed feedback. even before ttdc, i used others tours but only this time there is some worst crap with their service/tour guide. - ttdc tour guide named madhan rao on this day was some irritating person. i had seen other guides who were friendly and better than this person. when we come out of the temple after the dharshan, the guides usually hand over the 2 laddus which is given for 300rs ticket and then ask to go to the cottage. but this person asked just me to wait there till some other family group comes out of the temple. why is that me getting the laddus depending on some other family group. he can show these kind of favor things for extra laddus whoever asking but why to show for the regular 300rs ticket laddus. why i need to get the laddus only after others get it. it is first come first serve as there should be 2 laddus for each 300rs ticket no matter what. this is not about the laddus as such but about his specific attitude towards others. after making me to wait for 15mins unnecesaarily, he handed over the laddus and lied that he is giving the actual laddus as if i dont know anything. i have been going to the tirupati for many years and i know about the laddus and i can see that he was telling lies. - in the hair tonsering area too, his attitude was some garbage. i was already done with tonsering quickly and going to bathroom. instead of rushing others who are delaying there, he was rushing me when i was just taking the new clothes out of my bag. he was telling me to put all clothes in the bag and go quickly, when i was just keeping my dirty clothes separate from new clothes which is just 1 min work. who he is to tell me how to keep my dirty clothes and new clothes in the bag, and nobody including himself will keep all together like it is some garbage. i hardly know this guide person. unless he is against tamil people or something, there is no reason why he needs to do all things above. we are going to the temples to get some peace and not to face some crap from ttdc tour guides. - there was some family which came with a small kid and sat just behind my seat. that kid was shouting and crying like anything all the time and the entire bus was so loud despite it is a fully closed volvo bus. everybody was sitting and sleeping closing their ears you should see. forget about others, as it was crying just behind my seat, i couldnt sit there peacefully or even sleep for sometime after all tiredness (early morning travel, walking in the temple etc). their dirver/guide should have done something about this, like moving that woman/kid to the front of the bus. but the guide person was sitting in the front sleeping peacefully without giving a damn about the loud noise at the back. as this seems usual with that crying kid, the woman of that kid made its husband sit peacefully to its back seat so that he wont get disturbed in his ears. what about others sitting in the front. there is a reason why we choose volvo and pay such amount for the convenience. ttdc is simply taking reservations for their profit but no care for others comfort travel. tour guide was doing favors to two other women for some reason to shift them from the back to the front seats vacated on return. what about others convenience. why to take this kind of group and reservations and let their shouting as rest of people headache. i sent this complaint to ttdc team 2 weeks ago as you see in the attached screenshot and yet there was no action or a response for any of the above. Just because they got the payment and the tour is over with our discomfort faced, their negligence to our concerns now is UNACCEPTABLE.

stayed here, vlue for money, well you cant expect a star rated service, but neat clean room, very spacious though, good view . the place itself is not cramped, so much of space around the property for walking and relaxing in the evening. comes with breakfast complimentary (whihc is very tasty and filling )

The rooms are well maintained. This hotel is situated in a very spacious area with a garden and children playing area. Good parking area. They provide complimentary breakfast and dinner. A very calm place. Important tourist places are easily accessible from this hotel. The Reception in charge Mr. Michael was very helpful in giving informations on places of importance.

We (3 Sr.Citizens,3 Adults, 1 Kid) stayed in this property for a night during our 8 days Tamilnadu Tour with TTDC. We were allotted 3 Double A/c Rooms on the Ground Floor near the reception. Strengths:- 1. This property is located in a peaceful area of Madurai around 5 Kms from the Meenakshi Amman Temple 2. The hotel occupies a lot of space and has an impressive lawn area, spacious reception lobby, nice well maintained garden, kids play area and ample space for parking. 3. Friendly and supportive staff always willing to help 4. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The bath rooms were also big and clean. The rooms also had an attached balcony. 5. Hot water was available 24 hours Areas of Improvement:- 1. More options for food in the in-house restaurant with option for in-house dining 2. Better Wireless internet access for rooms Overall, we were impressed with our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. Tip: Sr. Citizens are offered a 20% discount on producing the relevant ID cards
