Worst possible service, rooms are shabby in the basement, staff is incompitent, rooms have no privacy and costs are exorbitant

Good Location but not good service. The staff are very lazy. The room looks good on the internet , however the furniture and bathroom amenities are not upto mark. Ok for one night stay.

Had booked a semi delux room in second week of September 2014. Overall very good hotel for bachelors. Food is OK Only negative point: Pillows stink a bit due to moisture PS: Book only if you have your own vehicle.

  • Homely stay and peaceful place

    by holidayplanner2017 on February 14, 2017

This week end (11-13 feb) we had stay in Cloud Green. We are seven family members. We booked forest view family room and forest view deluxe room. Amenities were good. Over all clean toilets, clean rooms. Room service is good. Food was more or less home made and can get as per order. Newly added swimming pool was tempting but as it is cold we did not ventured into. Some maintenance needed in bathrooms. Small play area with one zoola and slide. My daughter enjoyed it. Bed sheets got changed after checking in as laundry is received at 12 or so. Must have own vehicle as Mahabaleshwar is 7 odd km away. In case of emergency it is required. Parking place is bit cramped and need to adjust. Overall Clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Food quality was good, Staff was cordial and very polite. If you are expecting peaceful stay away from city and homely stay for couple of days it is best place.

Rooms are pretty good. The view is worth staying for.people are very generous. You get everything in room itself. Transport is just available outside hotel.swimming pool and forest view is attractions of this hotel.

  • Worst service and facilities

    by Indori_Wonder on January 13, 2017

I have here in June and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Service of this resort is pathetic and they give you burnt parathas in breakfast. Owner lady is not at all cooperative. Avoid !!!

  • Average Hotel with limited amenities

    by Siddhi G on December 28, 2016

its an average hotel with limited amenities. they dont have decent food options as well. everything is either not available or they dont make it. they have hot water option only for a limited time in the morning. would not recommend this place as they dont provide some basic amenities needed by travelers.
