Hotel team didn't care to respond to any of our requests conveyed to them 48 hours before our arrival. Normally, exception handling situations are a good PR for any customer care team but this one just didn't care enough to even respond.

Lunch at Rajesh hotel Dining hall was good. They serve an unlimited vegetarian thali at Rs 400/- per person. Tasty vegetarian fare. Had expected more farsan items. Quiet and clean dining place with toilet facility and car parking in the heart of Mahabaleshwar. Overall, a good experience.

We have booked rooms in hotel rajesh, mahabaleshwar for family trip with handsome rates of Rs. 6000/- per day for two days (9th & 10th june 2018). At the time of check, hotel management given us room in first floor and category they have given AC super deluxe room. But there is no delux or super deluxe facility in rooms. Rooms are not maintained properly w.r.t. damage in ceiling colours, old furniture in rooms and much more. Bathroom facility also not up to the mark, and when we had asking for basu facility like toothpaste and brush they denied to give us and said that this will not given by hotel management. Overall experience is bad. We can not say that this is 3 STAR hotel. Breakfast quality and choice is poor. Only three items served in breakfast for during all two days of our stay. Flush in the bathroom is damaged. During rainy season, hotel is not providing umbrella to guests on request. I do not recommend this hotel for booking and stay at all.

Ancient, prehistoric, pathetic, cheaters,no value for money, etc are just a few words I have to describe this absolute rubbish hotel in mahabaleshwar. They are overpriced with lack of basic facilities like in room dining , ironing facilities ,basic hand towels. The management think they are 4 star hotels and hence they are allowed to be rude. The breakfast is better at a local dhaba than this pathetic property. The in room lights were broken with such an old and outdated washroom that you feel like you have come to stay at an antique broken down guesthouse which they apparently called a SUPER DELUXE ROOM.... I've been in the travel industry and visited a lot of places in india and the world. Take it from a travel agents mouth "NEVER BOOK RAJESH HOTEL". Therd are much better hotels available locally
