What's Good: The overall experience was excellent and following is the pro and con's observed during my stay - Pro - food is excellent (it is really a plus) with good table service, rooms are reasonably good, kids playing area is good and reasonably maintained (except Table tennis, where the bat and table is really in a bad state), adequate room service, taxi availability in the front of the hotel is good, swimming pool well maintained. Cons - Room cleaning services could have been improved, Don't forget to use the playing area available part of Super Delux or Duplex area.

What's Good: The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. But the access route to the hotel is really ridiculous and extremely dirty. They call the hotel Valley view but the view is quite poor.

What's Good: Hotel was good, staff was supporting and food was delicious. Best part is restaurant is pure veg... It was a pleasent stay in valley view. But it seems that hotel rooms are over priced. Hotel management have to work on pricing strategy.

What's Good: I had taken all meal plan & experience was very good. Excellent Food - they serve variety buffet breakfast, gujarati thali for lunch, variety for buffet dinner. Trained staff & excellent hospitality. Rooms are nice. Overall, I give 5 on 5. Only bad aspect is the access road to the resort. One suggestion is they should add a Gym, though with bare minimum equipments.

  • Only hotel in Mahableshwar with an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool!

by bpavitrarao on June 16, 2018

Highly recommend staying in their valley view club rooms with a spacious living room that has a balcony where they have a bougainvillea flower bed and real grass growing lush! And the bedroom was down below. This club room comes with two bathrooms one of which even has a jacuzzi. This was added entertainment for my 4 year old daughter. Their food is lip smacking. Especially their lunch thalis. The staff is very hospitable and always has a smile on their face. Icing on the cake is that they have a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool which reminds me of a Turkish hamam. Its walking distance from the main market so can shop whenever you please. In short, a relaxing perfect holiday.

  • Awesome resort to stay

    by Shaan B on June 10, 2018

Being a photographer, I get a chance to visit a lot of places around the world and stay in some of the finest hotels. I must say Mango Hotels is one of the finest places that I have stayed in and around Mahabaleshwar. The room which was allotted to us had all the amenities and it was crystal clear. The view from the room was astonishing. The desk manager Ghanshyam was very co-operative and helped us in settling down in no time. The only issue that we faced was while reaching the place as the roads are very tight and there is no space to turn the vehicle. In case there are two vehicles coming from each side, it can be a little problematic. I would suggest them to place more signboards so that the travelers can reach their hotel easily.

  • A holiday to remember

    by Mahesh T on June 6, 2018

Guys let me tell you this hotel has amazing staff & service. If in mahabeleshwar this one is a no brainier. The property itself is superb barring the approach which is through narrow lanes but don't let that stop you from enjoying the experience.
