We did not stay here, but went for lunch. The service was slow although we were the only persons, nobody cared that we were waiting to get the menu card. The food we ordered was average and the chicken dish was under seasoned and without salt. For a hotel which boasts of luxurious accommodations such basic lapse in services are not forgivable.

Hotel Shri Maharaj executive is one of the best hotels in malvan. Very good sevice. And I like the Ganapati Bappa Temple very much.it's surrounding area is very warm and full of nature.....And good restaurants and also best service from waiters..... I like this hotel...And on next trip definitely i will choose this hotel....once again...

Choose this hotel and it will rank amongst the TOP 10 REGRETS in your life. We reached there at around 9:30 in the evening and even then we were made to wait for half an hour because the room was not ready. While walking up the stairs we could see cobwebs at a lot of places and even in the room, the wires hanged everywhere in the corridor. Even after cleaning, the room still looked unclean. If you walked in the corridor, you could hear noises from all the rooms and if were in your room, then you could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. Breakfast is like begging for food, you are offered only one plate of Poha and that is when we realized what they meant by Limited Breakfast. Next Day other family members reached the at 11 in the morning and since the rooms were unoccupied we requested the hotel staff to clean them early. However they flatly refused and made them wait till 12 noon. Good Customer Service is a far cry and the hotel staff has not even been introduced to the concept of customer service forget about it being good. Our Good experience in Malvan was made HORRIBLE by this hotel. Would suggest everybody to opt for other places if you do not want to spoil your holiday.

The worst hotel ever. The diner was served after 2 hours after placing the order. Room service is also worst. They don't have the knowlege of hotel management. The rooms are better. There is no source of waiters. I just think its worst.....
