I was stay in 13 June 17 to 17 June 2 super deluxe room . Burst hotel in Manali . I told changed the towel they will provide same all 4 days no food quality bed behaviour staff . They don't know what is hospitality.why should rate TripAdvisor @ this hotel really surprised ?

staff is cooperative. Food quality is good. we visited in last week of April. services in premises are better. on site requirements easily done by staff. n they were appreciable. overall its a very good stay point in manali.

We booked holiday package for our anniversary for hotel Silver Moon for 3 nights in March. Urvi Thakkar from Nirvana holiday, Mulund organised this and it was excellent.
This hotel is located in west bank of Aleo, New Manali (around 1.5 kms from the mall road, main market of Manali).
Hotel is good in cleanliness and service. It is a non star rated, normal, standard hotel. Hotel reception is common, you won't feel great. We got the highest category room in the top floor with hill view. The view was superb. Morning you wake up, you can straight see the snow covered peak and that makes your day. The hotel food is really good. You may find repeat food and the ideal breakfast includes Chhole Bhature, Paneer . mix vegetables, Rajma dal etc.
Non veg food is available on request. you get the package with food and without food. There is no extra charge for room service.
The hotel has a simple dining place so do not expect ambiance. The dining area is clean and has good atmosphere.
Hotel does not provide WiFi by default, when I asked, they said they can provide if you want.
If you really planning Manali trip , do not stay at mall road, no point. If you are not looking for great ambiance and looking a good budget hotel with good service and very good staff, this hotel is recommended. Do not opt hotel alone, get a package with Volvo from Delhi and local car. This will save your lot of money. Don't opt package available online, first do a thorough background check.

Try avoiding Top floor, it gets very cold up there. Road side facing rooms have good view.
