We have booked this hotel for a two night short trip, towards the end of the year. The stay over here turns out to be an absolutely horrible experience. The room was not clean, the duvets even had red stains which looked like blood stains. The toilets were in appalling state, the geyser was running cold water after drawing even half a bucket of water. We had booked a package where the breakfast and the dinner was included, however the service was next to terrible. The food was always served late, even after constant reminders. One night we had to wait 40 minutes in between our dinner as the hotel people told us that the food is not done yet to our amusement ( however they already had started serving before). And to our surprise the management showed no remorse to the kind of appalling service they are providing. I guess they need a refreshment course in hospitality, before they can be even considered to be part of it. I would sincerely recommend to look for some better alternatives for the stay, instead of spoiling your holidays by staying here.

We walk in at the counter at around 10 am, and there is not a single person at the counter. And we wait for around 45 minutes, and we woke up the guy who should be at the counter. During our whole 3 days stay, there is no room service. T.V didn't work and the blankets were dirty and smelly. The property is good and is located at the prime location. All it ever need is good management and a good staff.

The worst hotel ever seen in my life... No management... no services... never visit that hotel again... early morning I had to remove someone else's car just to pull my car out from the small and conjusted parking. No breakfast provided as it was mentioned in the package... stale and dry bread given to me for breakfast... Overall, the worst experience ever had. Just greedy for money and nothing else. On asking for basic amenities, the staff gives vague and hilarious reasons making you irritated rather than angry. I would recommend not to opt for this hotel ever

the worst hotel that I've ever been to. I dont really understand who rates such hotels with 3 stars. I know it has low rates but wanna know why? They dont really provide you with the stuff they've mentioned.I asked them to delay out room service, they said the stuffs will go home before evening. The manager is very rude & unprofessional. Only thing satisfying about this hotel is you can ask for halal food. The staff is so low. heaters are chargable and i got to know that if u ask for warm water(which everyone needs in winters) , they bring it from the geaser in the driver's room.The rate mentioned in here you can bargain in off season. Front rooms are good for view

This is probably the worst hotel that I've ever been to. I wish there was a 0 as well. I dont really understand who rates such hotels with 3 stars. I know it has low rates but wanna know why? They dont really provide you with the stuff they've mentioned. The food was fine but for the typical north indians, lemme tell you they dont really arrange dinner early. In breakfast buffet they have just one dish. Is it really what buffet means? The staff is so low. The heaters are chargable and i got to know that if u ask for warm water(which everyone needs in winters) , they bring it from the geaser in the driver's room. The only things that ruined my trip was- 1)This terrible terrible hotel 2)i found no snow on new year too.
