    Pro's 1. Hotel located just close to Private Bus stop. 2. Rooms were super clean and the hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. 3. Ambiance outside and garden surrounding is just perfect for a breezy climatic vacation. Con's 1. It is unfortunate that the hotel lobby was under renovation and the Wood and Chemical smell was disturbing the guest badly. 2. The room heater was found not working initially, however got it replaced later after 2-3 complaints. 3. Morning Breakfast was just above average and A'La Carte Menu doesn't feel justified for the reputation of the Star Hotel. 4. There are few places in the hallway covered with darkness throughout the evening. Overall it was just on average for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

    We stayed overnight in the hotel on our way to Leh. If you're planning to go to Rohtang Pass and beyond, the hotel is ideal for location. Staff is courteous and professional. Rooms are comfortable though the view is excellent. The breakfast buffet though limited was relatively good. Parking is limited if you're driving yourself. Don't go by first impressions. Stay and let the experience soak into you. A good stay.

    I reached Manali on 3rd march 2017 and checked in with friends for 2 nights. The staff refused to pick baggage of us without any convincing answer and only picked baggage of other guests they had. Room no 214 do not have constant power. Staff have excuse that heater don't work in any room. Poor service Highly disappointed

    It was from Jan 27 to Jan 29. Room #402. To be very honest, didn't expected the kind of service and treatment we got here. Everything was in just PERFECTION.... No further fancy words available here to mention that it's the perfect destination in the city... Rooms, Food, Location, Services, Facilities etc, everything is just upto the mark... Go for it confidently... Will be there again by the end of this year... Cheers

    Stayed from 13/02/2017 to 15/02/2017. Located about 2 km away from Mall Road, Manali, but one could reach the city in about 5 minutes by car. There was a play area for kids and a free car park which is good. Windows in our room gave a good view of the snow clad mountain tops, which was amazing. Our package included breakfast & dinner. Decent choice of veg & non-veg food was available for dinner. But breakfast choices were limited in terms of international travelers. Restaurant staff were extremely hospitable and were always willing to meet the customer requests. Front Office and House keeping staff should be more focused on service. For an example, we booked the package for two adults and a child MAP, and on arrival the check-in receptionist said the child will be charged extra, when I had to show the reservation correspondence, where as he should have been aware of the booking details as it is a relatively small hotel on high-end (not a budget) with less than 40 rooms. House keeping also should pay attention to replenish guest giveaways such as soap, toiletries etc. Appreciate if the welcome drink was served which was included in the package especially after a tiring drive of 5 to 6 hours from the closest main town. Also, the complementary fruit platter/cookies on request as per the hotel policy is embarrassing for the customer to ask for, Our stay other than the few hiccups mentioned was comfortable and peaceful.

    Manali is one of the best places for the couples to be there after marriage for their honeymoon and thus, we also planned to create our honeymoon memories. The beauty of this place is due to the scenic view of mountain covered with snow and the pine forest. And my desire was to have this view from the window of our hotel room. And my all wish came true at Quality Inn River Country Resort, the best hotel at the best location. The location of the hotel is appropriate for the travelers travelling by bus or train. It is nearby the bus stand. From this location almost every important tourist attractions are approachable. After location, the hotel premise was beautifully decorated with the ravishing interior and it was arrayed with the superb facilities which made the stay cozy. Every hotel nowadays has all the basic amenities but what makes difference among them is that, whether those services are working properly or not. And thus, I can give this hotel 10/10 for maintaining their repo by managing things well. Coming to the food, what I can say just one word for it marvelous. Everything we had over there was deliciously cooked. Variety of food is available on the menu card and we chose randomly. They were appetizing. So, I would like to thank you guys for making us feel comfortable during our stay and giving us pleasant memories on our honeymoon trip.
