Low level hotel and overpriced hotel , ill mannered staff, even the manager had no sense how to treat guests, they did not provide slippers in our room but still we did not complain and the time of checkout they argued that slippers were there in our room, and make them checked our luggage too..if we can give them tip, how could we take their cheap slippers with us. These people do not deserve to be in this hospitality industry.

Overall experience was poor due to one of their (WAITER OR STAFF MEMBER) who was serving in our room. I found him staring in a highly awkward manner at my wife from the very start till the time I left the hotel room. He was belling the room after each 15 minutes and trying to come inside the room unwantedly despite I told him to stay at the door and after coming inside 4 or 5 times he kept on staring at my wife and I told him to leave the room when he kept the tea cups and kettle on the table and saying to me (Madam ji ko uthao -- wo chai nahi piyengi). I said i will do it on my own, you please leave but he didn't and kept on staring at my wife continuously. It is kindly requested to the Hotel Owner or the Responsible Manager or authority to please keep a sharp eye on that waiter and take strict action against him (He is somewhat fatty and short in height especially) as I felt that his intentions are not good because of the way he kept on staring my wife. It seems that he has no respectful sight for women. Please don't visit here with female members. Groups of male members visiting here is okay.

one of the decent hotels in manali . It is located in main market of manali which is mall road . Good decent rooms with nice views . The food was not available during my stay so can not comment on that . Overall the rooms were good with bath tub facility in bathrooms with geysers available. So for a night stay this one is a good place to go for . So dont think much and plan manali trip and stay here ..

The location is good. View is good from their terrace. Rooms are decent and staff is fine for such hotel. The cleanliness levels are just OK but I think if you want a stay close to Gurudwara then you really don't have much options.

There are many hotels in Manikaran but they look so not happening from outside ...since I'm on a wheelchair we were looking for hotels on the ground floor or at least if there are just one two steps to get to hotel and then to the room... my cousin went and saw so many hotels and got me the pictures but the bathrooms were too dirty, all the rooms had so many beds with unhygienic look... I had had a glimpse of this place while we were driving to see other hotels as I said there are many hotels but they are all cluttered around each other probably in the same building there are two three hotels together... But this was very close to the Gurdwara even though it charges more money than the other places but at least it was worth it ...their beds were very very low it was a pain but they were helpful to put one single mattress for me on top of the mattress which was already there... it did not make much of a difference but it was somewhat helpful ...the bathroom is very basic but clean ... hot water was good they also have a flat screen TV where you can watch all Indian channels ...I am sure people don't get time to see the TV when you go to such places ... We reached late in the evening driving all day so very tired... It is honour ok kind of a level they are two steps to get down to the reception and then the room also which I stayed in was in on the same level so one can manage with a wheelchair ...this is the best we could get
