What's Good: The staff were very friendly and provided anything i asked for. The view was stunning.
What needs to improve : It was out of town. Isolated.
Reason For Rating : The staff are very nice but the hotel needs cleaning. The bathroom sink and toilet were dirty. They need to buy new towels. They provided a bath towel only. No face or hand towels.

What needs to improve : There is nothing to like at hotel.they are very cheaters and unresponsible for the guests.they charges us waste charges which we never used.they give us blank fridge and charges us all of mini bar charges.for all the things of which are not in fridge.so i have not book again this hotel when i come again.
Reason For Rating : Change the staff.appoint some loyal staff.they charge some additional charges which we never used.

'GANDHI PARADISE' - a hotel , one must visit. The breath taking scenic beauty ; soft dim lights from the places far off , illuminates ones eyes and fills the heart with happiness n solace.Sitting at the roof top and gazing at the clouds moving steadily and covering the hill tops seems like talking away all the pain and stress of the busy city life. The hospitable owner and d staff were very welcoming. Also the well furnished rooms made the stay very comfortable.Last but not the least, the delicious and finger licking food complimented with the ambience of the hotel and overall made our trip a great success .

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels my wife with her friend stayed during her time in Mcleodganj, Dharamshala! In my my wife version, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner Mr. Gandhi itself and other staff, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and extremely appreciable and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a town trekking which was well guided by the Owner Mr. Gandhi and other staff members. Mr Gandhi is such a warm personality and highly motivated personality who takes care of us like their own family members. I truly enjoyed while staying in Gandhi Paradise Hotel. The outside scenery from the room windows and balcony is very scenic, beautiful and it was a relieve to stay and walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The waterfall with flow of natural holy water from the springs of mountains on the end was a great way to end our walk in the hilly region of the town. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere and Hotel Accomodation is so special that it really felt like home to me, more than above 4/5 star hotel. All respect for the Owner Mr. Gandhi who does a great job here like own Home Members for us; with excellent hospitality!

The owner Mr. Gandhi is very helpful. The rooms are pretty decent. specially the suit, where we stayed. The best part of the room is the view of mountains and Bhagsu fall. Food was bit average and breakfast is not that lavish. it's just a kilometer away from the most happening area of Mcleod Ganj. You need car for doing up down from Dharmshala.

I am very fond of travelling, have visited many places related to my work and vacations. This is the WORST experience I ever had on my vacations. We were feeling as if we are staying in some local hotel and charges are of 4 star hotel. It not even a 3 star hotel.Worst part is Mr Sanjeev Gandhi, owner of the hotel, only needs money and in terms of services his management is zero.He makes big fool of people. We took most premium package of MAP plan. But he doesn't have proper management for such premium services.NO CLEANLINESS- For 3 days no one asked us or came to clean our room.We had to request them to get it cleaned. They do not have sufficient staff to serve guests.LIFT IS ONLY FOR DISPLAY. I had confirmed on email from Mr Akshay when I read in one of the reviews and he confirmed on mail that its working. But its a display lift only. NO WI-FI- reason is Bad climate...DRAINAGE BLOCKAGE,you need to swipe floors with wipers after bath, NO GENERATOR,POWER BACKUP when powers goes off.We get blunt reply from them why to switch on generator, power failure is only for 5 minutes..After waiting for 45 minutes we had to raise our voice.NO BUFFET SYSTEM - you have no choice but to eat whatever is written on white board with marker.MENU book is only to fool people.Whatever is given o their website,is only photogenic, nothing else.Mr.Gandhi doesn't know how to speak with his guests, and he is so called Secty of Hotels association.I booked this hotel believing that owner will take care of management but sorry to say its the worst place to stay. The only positive thing about this hotel is its View from Balcony. An elderly age group man "CHACHA" serves you food and takes good care.GM also tries to pacify his guests and tries to do what he can.He upgraded our room after speaking to Mr Gandhi. The staff has no etiquette, only they need is business.NO KAROKE,NO DJ, NO ACTIVITY AREA..all baseless things are mentioned in emails and their website.whoever wants to visit this place please confirm everything personally and then pay your hard earned money to this so called PARADISE.

Happened to stay at Gandhis Paradise on a trip to Dharamshala. Had the most comfortable and warm stay! The rooms had just the perfect view- Waking up to the mountains and lush green. The food from the Restaurant was so really yummy. The service was warm and welcoming. The resort provides Easy access to the markets as well. In short, Its was a perfect getaway!
