Food is quite good but manegment is very very poor the staff member are not supportive and takes too long to bring your order location is good no doubt but ambience worst..... In rooms taps and bath tubs are broken. And even fans are not working we two times changed our room!!! I would not recommend anyone to book their holiday here!!

Its the worst hotel I have ever visited. I had booked this hotel through Goibibo and the hotel property is very old non maintained even they dont even have staff. Rooms are stinking, size of bathroom is very small and stinking, towels are unwashed, Chairs are Brocken, taps are not working, they showed swimming pool, Billards, steam bath but nothing was working in the season time. Reception staff is totally non cooperative. Even i had given the room keys in morning and told them to clean the room and when I came back in evening room was not cleaned and they told me that they forget. We paid 14800/- for two nights and I say its not even worth 1000/-. Goibibo has spoiled our holidays. I suggest never ever book this hotel.

Royal Palace is located at a decent location at the beginning of the road to Bhagsu Nag temple. Conveyance to & from the place can sometimes prove to be a challenge as the approach road is pretty narrow from the main square (about 2.5 kms away) to the property. There is a auto stand a few metres from the property and autos ply up & down frequently. The property is due for renovation as the rooms / wash rooms etc feel very used and old as compared to newer properties. However, the rooms are of a decent size and do not feel like pigeon holes and the service is nice and courteous. The hotel also houses a restaurant where decent north indian cuisine is available. The property is huge and a little renovation and make over would do a lot more good and add to the business.

I had booked this hotel for two nights for a family stay at Bhagsu Nag. While the staff was courteous and polite and hotel boasting of a big parking area, the swimming pool was closed/dry, recreational area looked haunted due to no maintenance and rooms and corridors were all shabby. the hotel needs urgent attention to repairs/renovation. We had no electricity on first night and next full day in the room due to some fault. the Hotel is otherwise located in a peaceful surrounding with steep uphill approach road but if maintained well, could serve you well. No lifts in the hotel also added another task to reach our room on second floor. No Room heaters, non-working geysers, broken taps, shaking toilet seats were few of the negatives we had observed during our stay!

We had been to this hotel for two nights We were 6 couples . The hotel is old one . Rooms are with old furniture and bad ambience. except Mr, Surendra other staff was very rude. Only the out sid photo of the hotel is attractive other things are very bad . While return journey we had planned to go to Hotel Seven Seas, nearer to Royal Palace. . this hotel is a newly constcted bldg. Some services were slower being anew hotel but at one side rooms were huge . food was nice . Manager Mr . Madanbhai was very helpful. Better to go Seven seas than royal palace. I would suggest avoid Royal Palace.
