The quality of the hospitality has gone down for this property. There are lots of rats in the hotel and they were making noise the whole night. One party was going on till late night 11pm, so the sound of DJ was disturbing. When informed to rhe reception the hotel guy( amrinder) said let's talk in the morning. This is disgusting.

Most importantly, the thing that was horrible was the Air conditioning. It is just not good enough and can not cool during summers. I had two rather sleepless nights in the hotel because it got too suffocating and warm. Also, funnily, they do not have any fans. Otherwise, Simple hotel with nicely done up interiors for ensuring nice comfort of the guests. Food is pretty ok too. If they fix up their air conditioning, this would become a good value for money hotel for business travellers.

One of the best services hotel provides staff is well trained to look after the guests needs. This property is being running by the well known personality of mohali hospitality Mr. Rajeev Sharma .. General Manager of this hotel .. he's such a nice person .. he maintained the property standards, services all in well manners .. staff is proper trained .. front office staff Mr. Anil and sndeep very cooperative .. twice or thrice in month i'm visting here and evry time it feels like my home .. food is delicious .. fnb staff knows well how to serve .. hotel is neat and clean .. i did not get any single point to put on them for complaints in last two years .. I hope you guys will continue your excellent service .. thank you so much for the services and all the best ..

I joined a company in mohali and they provided me stay in hotel mirage. My initial room number was 303 and I had horrible experience as below 1. Was assigned room num 303 in the hotel but there were some problems in this rooms. I complained about faulty light in the wash room and the knob of shower fall on my foot hurting it. I complained to the management but they didn't fix it 2. I had to again and again ask for hand towels and at one time they even said they didn't have any 3. Because of my complaints they changed my room to 301 but as soon as I laid down in my bed I felt the mattresses to be faulty full of wrinkles. I called up the housekeeping staff to clean it up 4. Finally I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered 3 breads and rice which were served cold. I asked them to heat up chicken curry and roti. They took it away at 11 and returned at 12 AM only after 3 calls in interval of 20 mins. 5. I finally ate cold food and then requested the reception to come and seek feedback but he denied saying he's catering to MD. 6. I came down and had a word with front desk on which he apologized. However there were2 guys standing outside and asked me what happened. I told him about the issues I faced but he started arguing that none of the hotels warm up food after 11PM. Later when argument grew he started shouting on me and asked the staff to check me out. I then realized that he's the owner of hotel and in a drunken state. 7. He then boasted of his political links and started behaving as an insane guy I then decided to check out from the hotel at midnight and moved to a different hotel Please refrain from booking this hotel
