What's Good: Only thing good about the hotel is its location and beautiful views. Rooms are not well maintained at all. Washrooms stink. Rooms are dirty. will not recommend.

We booked a standard room with extra mattress for third person paying additional 1500 INR which brings the total to 6800. On checkin we were told that only mattress will be provided and not the bed. The room condition is pathetic and the staff service is horrible. Their standard room is way too overpriced and not recommended for 3 adults. It has no view and just have a garden close by. On asking about the premium room rate they charge the difference of 2000 Rs. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are charging way too much on the name of heritage. This hotel is a trap and dont be deceived by the hotel pictures posted on google.

We stayed here for two nights and three days.Have mixed feelings for the place. First the positives- The place will offer one of the most amazing views of Mount Abu.It was raining lightly while we stayed there and the weather was so good that we could feel the clouds coming to us at our doorsteps. The place is very quiet and serene. The staff is also very helpful. One staff Mr.Kailsah and Mr.Narayan were very co-operative and helpful. Also, the managers Mr.Jitendra Singh and Mr.Kesar Singh was also very courteous ,helpful and co-operative.Food was okay. Not that good but also not bad.Very limited choices.Restaurant staff was also very good in service. Now,time for negatives- The room where we stayed was one of the worst hotel rooms where we have stayed till now.The room had a very negative feel to it.Very damp and depressing. If not for the outside view,we would have straight away checked out from the hotel even without a refund. We were originally allotted Room no. 301.I warn..NEVER EVER TAKE ROOM NO.301 or any room till 306 for that matter. We did not know that previously but a boiler for hot water was under operation behind our room due to which our room got filled with so much smoke/smoky smell that we suffered breathing problem for the rest of the night. We only got to know about the same the next morning when we woke up with a headache and cough. Were so naive to think that someone might be smoking nearby and the smell would disappear within a short time.Opened the window to find so much smoke behind our room that one would get scared as to what is happening. The next morning although on request,we changed to a different room(in the same wing) which made a big difference but still ,we could feel the smell of the smoke from the burning furnace. This room had an out of operation Intercom phone,no bathroom mats,no hand towel and no toiletries and obviously,no instant tea/coffee supplies. But,still the staff was good that if we asked,we were offered the said items. Also, there was literally no automatic room cleaning service.Again, only on demand. We had to ask them to clean the room, change the towels and replenish tea/coffee supplies. All in all,a very mixed experience.Stay in the hotel only for the scenic beauty of the surroundings.Otherwise, its just an old property in the name of Heritage which badly need maintenance. Thanks

The internet photos are deceiving. The hotel is just an old converted building that requires renovations and upgrading. It is a bit far to walk from the main village and shopping area. The breakfast menu needs to be "spiced" up. Unfortunately for us, there was a very noisey and ill-mannered group of visitors that arrived and the noise was too much. You could only access internet near the reception office.
