A good lounge
by Khiangte on
As I had an early morning flight, reached the Airport quite early at night. Nothing much to do, so I did checked in at the Aviserv Lounge. Since my stay was presumed to be a long stay, they asked me for 2 cards which I gave and finally entered the lounge. Yeps, tap beer was available and the complimentary foods served were good. Had good foodies and beer. Nice place for relaxing as well.

Conveniently located, reasonably clean. Limited seating. Limited outlets for charging devices. Nice spread for breakfast and lunch.
Good Clean Lounge, Excellent Location
by bdg100 on
With a 6 hour transit the lounge was a good idea. I was apprehensive of the cleanliness but it was good. There are 2,4,6 hours booking slabs. The 4 hour slab for 2 people was approx AUD$180 which is a little pricey but the convenience is great. Unlimited food with free wifi. A wake up service in the individual pod. The Pods are comfortable and when the screen is up -private. the toilet and showers were amazingly clean , so were the towels supplied. You can use the lounge area ,to kill time. It is safer to book ahead . The staff are very polite and friendly, excellent service. **Probably a good idea if children were not allowed.
An uncomfortable night at Aviserv
by marinagJ4493LP on
This place is super expensive, only the restaurant is good, the sleeping room is sad, the cushions have a bad smell, people inside talk loudly on mob, snore, there is a continuous noise, it is not a silent place at all, I spent more than 5,000 rupees for 5 hours and could not rest 10 minutes, the personnel is not ready to deal with tired travellers who need to rest, very bad experience, for the same price you can get a Hotel room for yourself, I do not recommend it
Baby in the sleeping area
by robsT9648IO on
This is not a service for foreigners. I booked for 6 hours sleep and after a couple of hours was awoken by a baby. The pods are in a soundproof room, but realised cultural differences when it was considered a good idea to include a baby into an area where travellers pay very good money to catch a few hours of sleep. My exasperated complaint was treated with laughter, then I was treated like an ogre. After all, why wouldn't one want to sleep with a baby?? Overpriced, under-delivered, and not a service where one gets a decent sleep. Naturally there was no refund.
