    Reason For Rating : I booked this hotel for the night stay as I had an international flight to catch early morning. It was a pretty avg experience. Details as follows Goods: 1. Close proximity to international teminal - about 2.5 km. 2. You save costs on transportation. Uber going from airport - 280 Rs. (as they add 100 parking) Back to Airport - 190 Rs. 3. Lobby was good. 4. They did serve breakfast in room at 6 am. Although a tea and dismal butter toast. But better than nothing. 5. Phoenix mall is a a 20-30 min ride so good for a last min shopping before travel. Bads: 1. Hotel is hidden in an alley. Could be difficult to find. 2. Receptionists were not very welcoming and indifferent. 3. Room size was extremely small. Really only good for a tired sleep. 4. Hot water was through common Geyser so very minimal. 5. Although not hotels mistake but worth mentioning, approach road is in very bad shape due to metro work. All in all not a bad option for a night stay for 2,3 ppl.

    Reason For Rating : Rooms are ok but breakfast was pathetic and we need to search for table to have breakfast. Overall hotel space is very less. Opt it only if you need few hours of sleep in between flights

    What's Good: I am sorry nothing. Disspointed eith Fab Hotels big time, my last stay eith Treebo select metropolis was anazing as compared to this Le Western

    What needs to improve : Small Rooms, no facility, unable to locate the hotel because of no name board on the road

    Reason For Rating : Room are very very small not fitta le for 2 people. In the photos they show you bigger and clean rooms but when you reach your get surprise. Bathrooms are also small. Moreover hotel doesnt have a namecard in the premise so its very difficult to locate the place. In all it was a sorry decision of booking this hotel.

    What needs to improve : Every thing is fine. Room ventilation is not proper for inside room. And Room extra space is not inouf and not convinent to move.

    Reason For Rating : All most every thing is fine nothing to improve. As per my personal view generaly visiter are not conform with cheak in time. So as per my view, if it is possible to maintain 24 hours cheak in time.

    What needs to improve : CHECK IN TIME FACTOR

    Reason For Rating : Nothing as such. All good. Only I can say something about Check in time. Slightly strange. Trains reach early morning. We arrive at the hotel by 7.30 AM to 8.00 AM. But Check in not possible, unless you pay extra. Found it irritating

    Reason For Rating : Bathroom was not clean as well even after requesting for toilet product same was not give. Female guest were not allowed which bit wearied at Mumbai, trust not at all happy.

    What needs to improve : Hotel staff was not very welcoming and warm. Also they asked too many questions even after providing valid id proof. The room was not up to the mark condidering the amount of tariff paid.
