What's Good: I'd call it 'happiest hotel' because the entire team is ever smiling... so were I & my family.

Whilst the hotel itself is a little dated it's situated in a great location in Mumbai and is perfect for a airport stopover. The staff are some of the most friendly, welcoming and attentive that I've met in India

I very much enjoyed my 3-night stay in this hotel. The suite I had, while quite old-fashioned in its furnishings, was neat and attractive and the facilities were more than adequate. Coffee, milk, and sugar supplies were unfortunately not the freshest, but the snack bar was well supplied. The queen-sized bed was comfortable, but I would have loved softer pillows. I ordered room service and both meals were extraordinary! My choice of dishes were well-prepared and plated to Michelin-star quality - most unexpected for room service! I did not avail of the restaurant in the evenings, but the breakfast room served a mix of Western and Eastern dishes. I missed not being able to enjoy my favourite - a dosa - for breakfast! From management and staff, I received friendly and efficient support and service beyond expectations. I highly recommend this obviously popular hotel.

The property is average. Doesnt have any facilities/ amenities as such. The rooms are neat and clean, though tiny in size. However, the bathrooms are very small. I was stunned to realize that the pot placed inside the shower cubicle. I asked the housekeeping for a iron and they refused to send it to our room. Instead they offered to iron it. However, it took them more than half an hour to iron my garment/ shirt, which was very annoying. For the price this hotel charges, I can get far better 4 or 5 star properties in Mumbai. They are only charging you for the location.

We stayed here for 7 nights and overall found it to be ok. We were initially placed in a room where the AC wasnt working and the room was in need of some TLC. Although the staff attempted to fix each of the issues the room had they could have simply changed our rooms as we ended up doing the following morning upon me complaining to hotels.com. The location is quite good and nearby to restaurants/pubs/shopping. The morning buffet was decent and the service could again be a little more attentive. Overall it met my expectations for a 3 star hotel.. The week prior my family stayed for a week @ Regal Enclave in Khar, and although a 3 star as well, the service, cleanliness and staff were a lot more attentive and my expectations there were surely exceeded.

We came to Mumbai in connection with a surgery to be performed for my son at Lilavathi Hospital. We stayed in two rooms for 6 nights ( 9th to 14th Jan 2018) . The staff are very courteous and the rooms are clean and well kept. A few suggestions for your consideration. a. Menu in Varendra restaurant may cover some more traditional items like fried rice and veg curries ( which are available in room service). b. Menu card to segregate Veg and Non veg food clearly. c. Saturday Music programme ( which is till 1 am ) is too noisy and distributing to the guests staying in the hotel. THe level of music may be controlled. P S MOORTHY Hyderabad
