this hotel is in very bad and worst condition, their location is looks like we are entering in some dumping zone or looks like bhoot bangla... i took another hotel and asked them to refund my money... their staff member name "azhar" speaks in a very drastic manner and said, do whatever you want to do, we will not give you the refund.. i will never recommend anyone to book this.

Booked this "hotel" online mistaking it for another hotel in Colaba I stayed in 4 years ago (that other hotel is called Seashore, it is cheaper than this place and way better in every conceivable way for those interested). Before you begin reading I can assure you that this is far from an emotive review based on a petty dispute with the manager; I lived in hostels around the world totalling 2 years (including 3 months in India) and I can assure you that I have never come across such a horrendous place to stay. Words can literally not describe how utterly awful and disgusting this "hotel" is and how poor and rude the management are. Before we booked we had looked on the hotel's website, which is extremely professional and makes it look like a boutique hotel - TOTAL DECEPTION! The rooms are dingy, small, filthy, no windows, the beds are dirty, rock hard and sheets were not even provided, the "bathroom" is about 2sqft and simply unhygienic, there are large cockroaches crawling about the room. When my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to survive our time in Mumbai we went to check out and tell the management exactly what we thought - they formed a small gang around us to try and intimidate us and laughed at our complaints as if it was something they heard on a daily basis. I afforded the manager the option to refund us, he laughed and told me to contact Booking.com, then told me to go away - so here we are. Nobody knows where this hotel is because it's in the backstreets, nobody ever reviews it because nobody ever stays there. It actually pains me to have to rate it 1/5, because it deserves nothing. Please, if you're coming to Mumbai (Colaba specifically) I can assure you there are so many hotels here which are cheaper and so much nicer, or slightly more money and SO much nicer. I am writing this review hoping that now 0 people will stay here a month, as opposed to about 10, and that way this horrible place and its horrible staff will be out of business.

The hotel is located conveniently near a market area and is walking distance from Colaba Causeway. However, to reach the hotel one has to walk - four wheelers won't fit - through a dingy lane lined with garbage cans and then climb up to the second storey to reach the reception. Unlike what the hotel website shows, the rooms are tiny. The irony was not lost on me to see that the room I was allotted did not have a single window; four solid walls. So much for 'sea view'! Maybe because of lack of ventilation a strange smell pervaded everything. The bed sheet and towels were clean but the pillows inside the cases were filthy. I got them changed for slightly less dirty ones. Again, the floor and the tiny bathroom were clean. I had to keep calling the staff to get things working, but at least they were polite about it. Water supply went off on the last morning of my stay and had to be turned back on from the some other part of the hotel. I wish the management would not put up those misleading pictures and information on their website. Breakfast was complimentary and it was convenient to have a quick bite before stepping out for the day. I limited myself to buttered toast and tea so cannot recommend anything else. The wi-fi worked all through my stay.

Not a very good place. No hotel towels. pillows are tiny and when asked for more, could not give you. Stayed there for 3 nights, room was not cleaned once. First morning there was no hot water, took them a while to get hot water. Made me pay for the complementary water. Room had a terrible stink. No lifts - had to carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of steps on our own. Surroundings was very filthy. The positive was the kind nature of the bell boy who tried to help the best he can. The receptionist was the one trying to cheat us into paying for the so called "complementary water" and fees for storing a bag.
