The location is very convenient, the rooms are good. But the staff attitude is not much helpful particularly the front desk and the doorman. No greetings, no assistance and very reluctant to share any information. Housekeeping staff is good and service is also quite quick.

Stayed at Kings International for 1 night while driving down to Goa. This hotel is very near from Juhu beach and one can walk down to beach easily. Some on higher floor have beach view also. Hotel entrance is quite shabby, rooms are of decent size, very limited parking space at the hotel. Was there for only a night only so didn't have a hands on experience on the service and other amenities. My room was changed twice as in first room the bathroom drain was overflowing and flooding the bathroom, in second room AC was not working and main door was not getting locked properly. The third room I got was good and have sea view also. If anyone visiting this place, you must visit the Prithvi theatre and cafe which is in the neighbourhood of this property and great place to hang out. Prithvi cafe has some delicious mouth watering specialities and is a famous place in the area. Breakfast was included in my stay, it is served in their restaurant Alfredo. Breakfast was decent. Overall the price to me looked to be on a higher side seeing the property, only advantage is location.

These people and front desk have a very rude attitude. I went in to inquire about reservations for a bulk booking. Their behaviour was such that they don't want any booking. I wonder how they run their hotel when they don't care about customer's respect. Will never visit this place again.

This hotel was booked for us by a travel agent in Delhi. We only wanted one night before moving on to Goa. The entrance is not inspiring and the dull coloured tiles on the entrance hall floor look like bare cement which was worrying from the start. The room was small and basic but it did have a safe which worked which is not common in the places we have stayed no matter how good they have been in other ways. The breakfast was included and is taken at a small cafe next to the hotel. It was a good breakfast served at the table and the staff were helpful and friendly. The staff in the hotel were also helpful and tried to help me with an airline booking i had problems with. The shower was cold at night but ok in the morning but the flow was not good. Wifi was poor but as we were only there one night we didn't complain. It is on the outskirts of Mumbai and relatively near the beach. First night we went to a temple nearby which was in the guide book and then down to the beach. Lovely walk along there watching all the cricket games and people playing. Very enjoyable. I feel a little guilty giving it an average rating but first impressions were not good and it wouldn't take much to spruce this hotel up and make it look something if the will was there.
