    What's Good: Location and staff at reception ( very polite and friendly)

    What needs to improve : Room service was not good at all. Very late

    Reason For Rating : Microwave oven in the room wasn't working. Room service was not prompt. There were no bathmats outside bathroom and toilet. Otherwise it was quite an okay stay for one night.

    What's Good: Cheked in on a Sunday. Hotel had only skeleton staff. Reaching there is a bit of a chore as its located in a not so nice area and have to go through slumlike areas to reach. Building is nice and so is the reception. Staff is eager to help. Had a room on the 5th floor. Cleanliness is decent. Room size is ok. Now comes the bad part. The beds/ mattresses are total crap and very uncomfortable. They should be thrown out. Woke up in the morning with a major back ache. Also they have a weird policy that they dont provide gas connection for the burner??? If you want a gas cylinder, you have to pay extra. Also they do NOT provide bisleri/aquafina etc in the rooms. what you get is regular bottles filled from their kitchen, i guess. So be prepared to buy your own water from nearby stores. These are supposed to be serviced apartments but they dont even have an iron & ironing board in the rooms. I asked for one and finally after a while they 'arranged' for an iron but NO ironing board. Internet in the rooms is spotty but ok once you are out on the corridors.

    What's Good: More details need to be on site. For example, kitchenette was there, but GAS was not working. cutlery was there, but only to eat, not to cook/heat anything in microwave. No point booking an service apartment if it is like a hotel room only. Though a better area/size in rate of a hotel room.
