Terrible place. DO NOT STAY. PLEASE PAY A BIT MORE AND STAY AT THE HYATT GRAND ACROSS THE ROAD ( We paid Rs. 5700 for this shared apartment, hyatt starts at Rs. 8000). You have to share your apartment with other people!!! THEY DO NOT MENTION THIS ON THIS SITE. The room and bathroom smelled of smoke although this is meant to be a non smoking service apartments. We tried airing it but the AC smelled of smoke as well. The room itself was tiny and the bathroom was mouldy with paint peeling off the walls (see photos). TERRIBLE. there was no HOT WATER to SHOWER in the morning, there is an obscure button with a label "G" that you need to switch on. NO ONE TOLD US THIS!!!! We tried complaining, but the manager on duty said he could not do anything and we should complain online. WIFI was terrible, very poor single. There was a random mattress thrown on the stair case and cleaning equipment just left (see photos) The Room is so noisy, you can here traffic from the road even with all the windows closed. TERRIBLE PLACE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ASK. VERY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE.

Perfect place to stay with family, esp children. Very spacious for the children to play around. Would love to stay there again. The staff were very friendly .Mary at the reception was really friendly and cheerful.

Visited this hotel based on few reviews and pictures on booking.com. But this was utter disappointing. Firstly, it's difficult to trace this hotel based on the hotel name. We went searching twice around Grand Hyatt as per Google map, but couldn't place it, neither could the neighbours help as they weren't aware of this name. Later by sheer luck we walked into a nearby building (Rizvi East Street) asking for this hotel and found that this was in the same premises. Ordered sandwiches and noodles for a quick bite, which took fairly longer than an hour. Food finally arrived after a long wait but the plates weren't cleared until next evening. Lassi was ordered separately which came after 45 minutes and without sugar. Had to wait for sugar to arrive. Had to remind for room service the next day and their excuse being no spare keys available to access the room. As per them the keys were lost. No shampoo or supplies were replenished the following day and had to be reminded. The lamps in the room were broken and one of it was burnt. Even asked the room service if it was safe to operate, for which he mentioned it was ok. Breakfast menu was very limited and had to walk down stairs to wash hands. Parking is in open space and very limited. Didn't find much occupancy in this hotel. Staff especially room service seems to be totally lost and unprofessional. In short, I perceive no value for money staying at Laurent and Benon. These seems to be more like time share property owned by film fraternity, but not really maintained. Stayed in Rashmi Shetty's room.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was not a pleasant stay at all. This property is advertised as a 5star hotel on all booking sites, however, this is not even a hotel, let alone one with stars! We fell victim to false advertising. This is an apartment block where there are smallish 2bedroom apartments and if you book a room, they open one bedroom in the apartment. You share the lounge/TV room with someone else. Rooms don't even have tea/coffee making facility. Although there is a kitchenette but there isn't even a small spoon in there, it's completely empty. The service is not good at all! Whatever question you ask, the first answer is a firm 'NO'! Their own room service has below average limited variety food but they will not allow you to have outside food delivered. No alcohol, no outside food or beverages allowed either! The staff at the desk are more like a concierge service rather than a hotel reception, they are truly clueless about their job. I am surprised to see any good reviews for this place. All in all, a very bad experience.

Our worst ever experience..everything except the breakfast were simply horrible..unprofessional servicemen..from receptionists to room boys..rooms with mold smell and stinky linen..it was really hard to be there for two nights
