The same property is listed under 2 different names. I got reservation confirmation under both names. When we reached there, even with confirmed booking they said they had no rooms available and were asking for additional money to make other arrangements. After making several calls to the property owner and the booking website customer service, we got the room in the same hotel. Plus the receptionist gave reason that they asked someone to vacate the room. In middle of night we had to under go the hassle and wasted 2 hours to get the confirmed room. The receptionist was just trying to take more money. My suggestion is never ever go to this hotel.

its just a basic Brick and mortar hotel. its only for those looking for a bed to sleep on, don't expect much in terms of service or amenities. its not a maintained kind of an establishment its just a few congested rooms put together. its basically for people looking for cheap stay in business district of Andheri. it is conveniently located though from the metro and the airport.

A comfortable budget hotel with good service and a convenient location. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. A simple but tasty breakfast was quickly provided in the room. At the price, I could not fault it.

We had reservation for 3 beds, after making is paying in the moment we arrived, they gave us the third bed which was blanket with a pillow on the floor. Only after threatening them with calling the police, they gave us the third bed. In the end we had to pay more than we agreed. Location wasn't cool but with patience you could reach downtown easily

Firstly, the location is bad and the locals were not friendly towards us - hostile even! We booked the superior double but I'm not sure this is what we got. There was blood on the sheets and the window/ventilator in the bathroom had no glass so loads of mosquitoes came in. We went out for the day and someone had obviously gone through my things in the wardrobe, I hid my iPad and it was uncovered when we returned. This made us very uneasy but what could we do? Hostel world paints a luxury picture of this place. This is a lie! It does not refresh your soul or rejuvinate your body! It is basic, which is fine, but is overpriced for what you get. Plus, there is no ambience whatsoever!the view is rubbish in a back alley. Would never stay here again. They also said one if the notes I paid with was ripped and wanted me to change it. Listed on hostel world which does not exist:ATM, breakfast, housekeeping??, restaurant, travel desk.no internet access in room. Front desk slightly intimidating where the men hang out. We did get some sort of help when we asked how to get tickets for somewhere, but it was very vague and they seemed unsure and not used to looking thus up for guests. Which is fine, but it does say travel desk!unless desperate, avoid! Not a nice area either.
