Very Poor,all wrong commitment, The worst experience from the Hotel Zero co ordination, The Hotel does not Care for Any commitment given by fab agent.Gave a worst service .For more than 3 lakhs business give.Fab accounting is more poor in updating payments.And settling the commitments given.I get a message that the Fab founder will do the needful but even The account staffs does not obey The owner of Fab Hotel sorry for the company

I booked this hotel for my weekend. Sean this hotel an all website and finally booked the room. but when I entered the room, it was entirely different from the pics on websites. The Room was very small, not more than 9x9 room with no ventilation, and it was a corner room adjoined with store room. When I ask Reception to change the room he showed me the same size room again. an old style TV with only free to air channels only, so there is no scope of entertainment. Towels are very Old and Damaged. When I ask at reception regarding the same at the time of checkout and show him the pictures, he casually said don't worry sir next time it will not happen again. I am very shocked that a brand who is into this industry with more than 200+ property are very least bother about the quality

Had one night in the hotel. Close to the airport and good to catch flights. Room was of very poor quality,ie. tiny room, AC not working, shower dirty and most horrifying: insects in the pillow. Dont waste money for the poor breakfast. Good part is the its cheap.

Worst ever experience in a Hotel. Highly misbehaving staff. I found this hotel on the net and was about to book but first went to see the hotel where these people refrained me from booking online stating that you wont get a good room if you book online. Then I made the booking at the hotel itself. I clearly mentioned to the person at reception named Neeraj that I want a room for 4 people and he said that there is no problem in that and we will arrange a mattress for you for the extra person. However, when I returned to my room in the evening at around 10 PM, the people here started to threaten me of not allowing more than 3 people in the room. Also, this person Neeraj severely misbehaved on the call(as his shift was over) saying Tujhe nikalne Aa rha hun main, main rehne nhi dunga tujhe waha, bahr nikal dunga tujhe and teri family ko and abused repetitively while threatening to throw me and my family out of the room on the same night. I raised the issue with the management as well but no action was taken. Finally I had to leave the room and book another hotel ruining my stay in Mumbai. But was thankful that I booked an Oyo after that and stayed there peacefully. Won't recommend this hotel (in fact this hotel chain) to anyone. They are portraying as if they are cheap but they are cheap only in service and behavior and you can get a better hotel in lower price than this.

This hotel is really a medium level hotel .Quite squallid .Breakfast poor i ask for eggs but seem they never heard about this. We arrive late and nothing remain. Lobbi poor and location not so good . Not available resstaurand only food in room.
