    Clean and helpfull stuf... Foods are not so professional... Comfortable... Beds are super. For the capacity of the hotel lifts are not ok waiting time so long. For the breakfast need more alternatives. For Chinese and indian breakfast maybe ok but for western people not.

  • Came for a show at NESCO / Bombay Exhibition Center

    Came for a trade show at NESCO, stayed at the Westin Garden City for 6 nights. Great hotel first class, good restaurants, all services. Across the street from Oberoi Mall with plenty of good restaurants as well. Good for a show at NESCO, still 30 min with traffic. I would absolutely recomend this hotel if going to NESCO.

  • It's comfortable but too many flaws

    Good personnel in this hotel as they are helpful and service very good. But the lifts are woeful in number so add on extra five minutes going up and own this hotel. My room had a tired carpet with quite a few stains on it. It is not cheap so some refurb is required. There's a lack of eateries to the weary traveller - and you will be weary as this area of Mumbai saps any energy you have. The traffic is totally abysmal - only Jakarta comes close! No lane discipline, hooting their horns all the time and generally aggressive driving by all concerned. The largest rule - so busses don't care, rather like London, and then it goes down the packing chain. Enough - this is a hotel review. If you need to be in this area then it's the best, if you don't look elsewhere.

    This is the excellent hospitality as per me as it serves excellent food my meeting was excellent and also the rooms are very clean neat and tidy the staff is really very good and overall I'll give this hotel a 9/10 for their amazing property......

    Excellent experience with great infrastructure, business centre and dining experience. Restaurant was awesome with beautiful city view. Rooms are very well appointed and has everything required for a luxury hotel to be. Staff is the best part of the hotel. By mistake I had left my gold bracelet in room and on calling they confirmed it and kept safely with their security till i got it collected after a month. Overall a fabulous place. will surely visit again.
