What's Good: The hotel and its location is very good. The atmosphere is very peaceful. On the whole, the hotel is good for stay.
What needs to improve : From the maintenance and cleanliness point of view, it was not so good. After 3-4 calls the attendant used to come.

What's Good: Food was not of quality and was too high priced. Even we have to pay for drinking water. Rest was good for a budget hotel.

What's Good: Firstly, this is not a 3star property as claimed to be. Pros: Good view and large and wide sprawling estate. Cons: Bad service Smelly rooms, unclean sheets, towels. No toiletries. Insects everywhere Plumbing, electrical fittings improper. Pathetic room service. Super bad food, unreasonably expensive. Bad management and rigid staff. We visited that time around the resort was full. The management could not manage the crowd. Space crunch and panicky staff during breakfast and dinner. Too far from Munnar town (36kms). Sterling, Club Mahindra are better off in this location even if those are little pricey. Avoid this property it is not worth a visit.

Stay in a room with the valley view. View from the huge balcony is amazing. Morning buffet breakfast is very average. Even the methia paratha, chapathi and malai kofta is just OK. Nothing great. Service is also just above average. Cleanliness is also just OK.

Ayur county is graded as 3star facility resort in munnar. But you wont even find 1star facility all around. Rooms are like the worse I have seen, untreated walls, dirty blood stained bed sheets, untrained staffs ( dont know to treat a guest), we were 5 bachelors, spend near 6000INR for a day room with extra bed. You will get better rooms and service under 2000 around munnar. The cons were you can get a better nature view from your room and can spend little time in pool with family and friends.

We had been to Kerala in the month of May-June 2018. We were five persons. No doubt, Munar has to be a place of visit when you go to Kerala, and we had chosen to go there. Since rains had started, we did come across clouds passing through us or it was below us at many places on the way. We reached our resort and went to the reception. The resort is well spread out in the hills. We were allotted two houses almost at the top of the hill. It was a stiff ascend. The clouds were passing through our rooms when the door was open. We could see the clouds below us. It was a scenic view from the rooms. There is a sunrise room. First we were shown that room. But, it had carpeted floor and was stinking. So, we preferred to stay in the originally allotted rooms. The food was good. We had to go for site seeing very early. The roads were being widened. So,roads were closed for public after 7 am. We wanted to pack our breakfast at the restaurant. But, we were refused. We could eat there itself, whatever we liked. And the breakfast is ready after 7 am only. However, that day they prepared it a bit early. We ate whatever we could and left the hotel to enter the places of site seeing before the roads were closed. Dinner was served in the restaurant. It was good. The linen in the room was dirty. It spite of repeated request, they took a long time to change the bed sheets. But, again it was no good even after they changed it. The room service must improve! The dirty bed sheets with blood stain must be discarded. The staff must be trained properly. Barring this, rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Only the location is good.the rooms are horrible and not at all clean and the staff is non cooperative. They behave rudely (especially with country club members).Food is not up to the mark and is overpriced.Resort is located far from city. Will not recommend this resort to anyone.

It is really a nice place to visit and stay.Main attraction of the resort is the location, it's really breath taking above the world and we have the option to enjoy the buety of valley, tea plantations and the misty mountains to the peak. The resort offers top class rooms with excellent food at a reasonable price. The response from house keeping staffs and the Activity center guys are excellent. Even though it's little far from the city of Munnar the way to resort is superb ... Will definitely like to visit again.
