I have booked room for next month from makemytrip.com. Now since 3 days i am trying to reach out to this hotel to confirm the booking. I have tried all numbers and they never pick up. Morning, afternoon or evening but still no response. No a hotel which does not even pick their phone, what kind of customer service is that?

The room was clean, bed was comfy, and then balcony was big and had great views. The area felt calm and relaxing and it was great to get away from it all. The things that let the hotel down for me were: 1. The service from the front desk when trying to book a trek. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you really rely on the knowledge of the staff to help point you in the right direction of activities to do in the area. But they really didnt seem to want to help us and we had to rely on trip advisor in the end. Felt a bit stranded. 2. They really need to sort that restaurant out, while the food is pretty decent the atmosphere isnt - we were eating in silence some of the times. Some nicer lighting, bit of background music etc would make for a more pleasant experience. Finally, just be aware that you are very far from the town, so only stay here if you are pretty much happy to chill in the hotel every evening.

Finding Bracknell was a bit challenging but a gem of a property.....between clove forests...a quiet place....in contemporary style.....gives you feeling of army camp officer houses......wooden floors....big varandahs with team tables......a big writing desk inside......the food is good....cook is good.....and the view toward the clove forests every morning is awesome....

Food (9.5/10) - extremely quick service, yummy vegetarian and non vegetarian food, good tea and surprisingly cheap, soups can be avoided Staff(10/10) Room(9/10) - Balconies are awesome - They provide books for reading(fairly good collection). - TataSky full subscription(you won't miss important matches if you are interested), - Transport for sight seeing and pickup/drops can be arranged from the front desk
