What's Good: Staff, food, location cold
What needs to improve : Too far away and navigation is a bit difficulty. Especially only BSNL
Reason For Rating : Excellent property, great staff ( Anu , Tom) catered all special needs we wanted ( especially to meet gluten free needs for my wife). Very supportive and good staff to take an extra mile to make our experience and New Years Eve celebration as the best. Will always recommend the place in spite of being far away from munnar town.

A truly out of the world resort in a very beautiful scenic setup. Exceptionally clean rooms. Friendly staff and good food. However, reaching this place would be a risky drive for not-so-expert drivers. You also need to have a clear idea of the route beforehand, else you may easily get lost. Avoid traveling during rainy season as the route may get muddy and your automobile could get stuck unless you have a four-wheel drive.

We'd been wanting to visit Camp Noel for a long time. Finally we made it on Sunday, May 6, 2018, and it was as beautiful as we expected it to be. It looks like some place in Europe with typical villas of the European countryside. We could spent only one night there, having wasted the previous night at a resort in Kanthalloor. We'll certainly be going back there as time permits. I have already recommended the place to several of my friends. A few of them have already gone there, and they too liked it.

Hotel is situated in beautiful location, the road to reach there is so beautiful you dont need to go for sight seeing! Staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are clean. Campfire and music at the centre place of camp at evening! Food was nice but sometimes cold! Definitely recommend for those who want to get away from busy life and seek peace of mind, as theres only network of bsnl, though you get wi-fi near reception! IMPORTANT ADVICE! Dont blindly follow google map, it will lead you by shortest road(horrible), go by top station and then camp noel( dont go by road from church which is short road).

This resort is located off town and you need to drive up a little bit to get to the hotel. But once you get up there, the place and the view is just breath taking. They have built villas on top of the mountain and it cant get any better. They also keep wood fire and we can lit them in the evening to keep ourselves warm. They have an indoor court to play games. Breakfast is included and the food is awesome. You would have definitely drive down to many places if you are keen about sight seeing, but if you want a laid back vacation and dont mind enjoying the nature, this place is the best.

Excellent location and planning though away from main munnar town and good 1-2 hrs drive.Have to cross reserve forest area of around 5 km, also from main road you have to take sharp down left turn which can be missed easily. Most of the time you will not get connectivity(except BSNL) We stayed in one bedroom cottages, which is actually very nice and comfortable for small family. they have nice fire place and wood and kerosene is provided by resort to lit at night. Main attraction is surrounding and lawn, it was so beautiful and awesome. Cottages are very nice and you will get full privacy. Only one concern that they do not provide breakfast buffet until 4-5 cottages are occupied, and serve limited choice.
