What's Good: Staff, food, location cold
What needs to improve : Too far away and navigation is a bit difficulty. Especially only BSNL
Reason For Rating : Excellent property, great staff ( Anu , Tom) catered all special needs we wanted ( especially to meet gluten free needs for my wife). Very supportive and good staff to take an extra mile to make our experience and New Years Eve celebration as the best. Will always recommend the place in spite of being far away from munnar town.

First, You have to travel 50 km from munnar to reach this resort which will take atleast 2 hours from munnar. Be prepared for your own transport. We were really restless still we reach the place. Once we reach the resort we were mesmerized by the location of the resort. 27 cottages sprawling over beautifully managed garden surrounded by hills. When we reached the resort, it was almost 3pm and we didn't have lunch. The stuffs were very cordial and prepared and provided tasty lunch for us. The resort had its own problems which were solved by the staff in no time. The food was homely. Juice were pure without sugar and any artificial essence. They had a small open vehicle to move around resort(MARUTHI 800 converted) The resort have to undergo some minor maintenance in bathroom, flooring.. But that is not a big issue. Location is ideally located. Nature is abundant around the resort. We can spot colourful flowers and variety of birds. Morning sunrise was really a wonderful experience with chirpy birds and sun peaking out of mountains and melting of fog is like a wonderful picture. Food was yummy and they provided handful of tasty foods. Staffs were friendly, cordial and we were moved by their unpolluted hospitality. You need peaceful place with good food and superlative location and abundant nature. Camp Noel is the place. Again travelling down, tell your driver to drive slow. A must visit resort to relax, cherish but of course with a little effort.

Its far from munnar town thats the best part too. Top station is just 12kms from Camp Noel. There is nothing much to see near the resort. Drive and stay is the best part. You dont require a 4*4 if you drive through top station. Staffs are good and helpfull. Nothing much to complain. However I feel there running short on staff. Did there best to keep us happy. Stay itself would be diff experience. We recommend the hotel.

Pros:good accommodation well maintained and clean. Great views around, friendly staffs/ top notch hospitality and at your call always, family friendly.Activities: Badminton court and carrom board or you may try for a run to hit the road to sweat out with some gorgeous views. Cons:can improve on food though to be rated average, but staffs are humble enough to give it a try for you on the order of your choice but need to work on their chef skills better. Overall: very good and worth every penny

So it's not in Munnar town (thank god!!). One of the most fascinating places I have ever been to. Wonderful landscapes. Great aesthetics. High quality. The staff is extremely humble, supporting & efficient. Feels like being in a ferry tale space. Food is good. And if we go via top station, the road is good too. Best part is that there is no cell phone signal unless one has BSNL connection. Complete peace.

The property is ideally located in an awsome location. Food is awsome. They give a mix of great Kerala style and other cuisines. I feel the rooms require a makeover even though it's very cleanly maintained. The house keeping team is very quick in the response. Same with room service. Highly recommended for family holiday.
