The Location is about 6 KM away from Main city which is painful and if you don't have vehicle then it will further add your trouble. Just avoid this hotel as the room service, ambiance of the room and staff including manager were not up-to the mark. View of the room was pathetic and cleanliness was also terrible. Just avoid this hotel in any case.

I have been to this hotel with my wife. It terrible experience. We paid Rs 3000 for 1 day, it was not worthy for Rs 500. Food was pathetic. Hot water facility was not efficient. Room was not tidy. Blankets were dirty, totally I can say it was one of the worst experience I have ever faced.

The hotel is about 6 KM from Munnar town & it's not advisable to stay in this hotel if you do not have your own vehicle or transport arrangements. The rooms are extremely small. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant; which is on the higher side on the price when compared against the food quality & ambiance. I feel the nearby hotel Las Palmas looks better as I've seen many travellers staying in Las Palmas compared to Autumn Trees. It's better to avoid this hotel & look for other better options.

I recently had a trip to Munnar. I initially booked a room in Autumn Trees through net. After i landed there the economy room was too small hence shifted to Classic room for Rs. 1,500/- which was shabby and particularly the staff Albert ill-treated without providing any basic facilities and he was not courteous too. When i complained that there is no hot water and no table in the room to keep any article and even the TV was not working properly he asked us to leave the hotel if not satisfied without showing any hospitality. The hotel lacked basic amenities and does not deserve the amount which i paid. It is away from the town, costly and very poor maintenance. There are descent hotels near the town which is worth paying. I would definitely advise you not to stay in this hotel to avoid bitter experience.
