Discovering Dream Catcher Hotel was a real treat. We entered our spotless room and looking out from the balcony, the view was breathtaking. The staff and food were great . A very relaxed place to stay. We enjoyed wandering around the plantations.Thank you.

We stayed in Tree House for 1night on 30/10/18 with my twins kids. The resort is a place to relax without roaming for sightseeing .We just did that . The resort is surrounded by Tea Garden and Cardamom plantation .The tea garden looked like green Carpet. Smooth check in allowed us to feel it as my home. Front desk is quite cooperative and they provided the cottage what I asked as it was available then .Room service is also available. There is a newly built swimming pool which provides panoramic vista of Munnar Valley and 360 degree View from view point. It deserves rating 5 , but I did not like to give for some practical reasons :-- 1) On the day of arrival at Lunch they provided rotten paneer butter masala which was hard to eat and unhealthy too !!!....Later they acknowledged the mistake.....but not worth to sabotage the trust of a traveller travelling with small kids !! 2) Tree house need a drawer , for dress and articles , and a little comfy bed as they are charging high for the Tree house stay ... 3) For swimming in the swimming pool they are demanding to buy swimming costume at first and then one is allowed to swim in the pool..!!... very silly idea as it is a 4 star resort with such high facilities and price too to force travellers to fork out Rs 200/ 150 per head for swimming for a few minutes !!!!... Hope for better hospitality and better communication next time to make it a # Dream to catch really.......Will visit again.....

We had booked this hotel for 4 nights via Booking.com, who set out the terms but the payment needed to be made through the hotel before staying. It was a little confusing and the links sent by the hotel didn't work immediately - we had to try a few times. We arrived in the evening in the dark so couldn't see the views straight away, but the staff we very friendly and welcoming. The menu is very large and unfortunately I think due to a quiet start to the season, quite a few of the dishes weren't available. What we did have for dinner and lunch though was absolutely delicious! We booked the Honeymoon cottage which was set away from the main hotel via the bridge. It was nice enough but the room and the amenities inside could all do with a bit of refreshing and tidying up - I would recommend friends to stay in the hotel itself instead as the views are still stunning and you have access to the same places. The hotel is high up in the hills so do bare this in mind as the temperature is cooler but the humidity the same. It's also very, very remote, so not easy to explore outside of the hotel if you wanted to. The pool is lovely though, and walking around the plantation was really wonderful.
