What's Good: Everything
What needs to improve : The road to the hotel although they send jeep and it is a kind of adventurous journey but we have to leave the taxi behind.

Excellent place for couples. Everyone needs to visit this place. Rooms are good. Well behaved staff. Only the problem is food. The chef doesn't know how to prepare Chicken Manchuria and curd rice. Food need to be improve. I will look forward to visit again. Thanks for your hospitality. Keep it up guys .

The best in Munnar. Luxury rooms and toiletries. It's actually very reasonably priced considering. I'm very familiar with the area. I guess people stay in Munnar city but pay double the price. My advice is to stay here as the city is an easy 10 min drive away. Excellent food and services from the staff thanking them for working for us. We wish them all the best. The evening was great and some of us enjoyed some great fire dance. Me and my family stayed overnight in a lovely room plus breakfast. It was all superb. Their F&B Manager was very supportive ..... It was a superb experience for me.....

Fantastic retreat from the bustle of Kerala. Super friendly staff and plenty of onsite amenities for a restful relaxing vacation in the mountains. Great food at the restaurant and amazing view of tea, orange cardamom plantation. I really cant say enough about this place. Its idyllic and a nice escape from the fast life. If we ever find ourselves in munnar again we would definitely stay here.

Me with friends visited dream catcher recently. Excellent place for holiday. The staffs go over and above to ensure that our every need is met. We didnt went out since its my sixth visit to munnar. First day around four in the evening reached resort. After fresh up we have private camp fire on watch tower with barbecue . little late we went to bed. Next day early morning we went for off road in their polaris jeep. We were little scared about roads. Later back to restaurant for breakfast . after the morning meal we found few local ladies were plucking tea leafs in the resort premises. Just for experience we spend two hour time with them. Really a life time experience. We had asked for typical lunch of Kerala and the resort delivered the same. Food was really yummy . evening we had in house trekking with hotel staff. He explained a lot about dream catcher and their future add ons and visions. Since in title I mentioned it Dream Catcher means a lot . only one thing I couldnt do is spa. It think they had more bookings on requested dates. Thanks for making our holidays memorable.
