The resort is located in a very scenic spot and offers services at par with any five star hotel. The staff is very cordial and the food is excellent. The rooms have a good view outside and are quite spacious with all amenities. The restaurant has a very nice outdoor space which provides an excellent view of the valley.

The whole team is customer-centric. They see what the customer wants and do it even without a request. They go the extra mile to please the customer. Every customer is cared like their MD's guests. Food is in abundance and of very native taste

The property is located around 5 km from Moonar, at Pallivasal, bang on the main road. Lication wise it is best. All rooms are valley facing and offers a good view. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were always responsive and stayed with us even late night and accommodated the tantrums of many of our 36 member gang. I liked everything, except that the food was just ok, not lavish

1. Location: The property is 50 meters away from a popular cultural show center (i.e. Punarjani Traditional village) and also overlooks Tea plantations. The view from my bedroom and the dining area was very pretty. The hotel is 7 km (15 mins drive from the center of Munnar town) 2. Staff: The staff were extremely polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. They paid personal attention to the customer and even made special Kerala style breakfast for me, on request. 3. Rooms and Bathrooms: The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable . My room had a small balcony with a good view. it also had a medium size tv, mini bar and wifi, though the wifi was a bit slow. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Forest Glade, which feels like a boutique hotel. I recommend it to other travellers.

This place is few KMs before Munnar and a stones throw from a large tea garden. It is also at the edge of a forested area and on a hill which is part of the forested area - hence it is in the lap of nature - in fact you can walk straight into the forest from an elevated pass in the roof of the hotel. Unfortunately there are a few hotels and shops around this hotel which causes a bit of noise during the weekends - but if you are there during the week - its quiet - and the hotel is constructed high above the road, so the view is not obstructed. However, towards the right of the view, you will get some hotels. The rest of the view is un obstructed with rolling hills and lake and teagarden. The best part of the hotel is the dining area - it has a open verandah which has a great view. There is a small library with some nice books. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Starting from the waiter/waitress on your table to the security person (running with a umbrella if you happen to step out of the hotel in a drizzle) Rooms are large and clean. Food is very good. There is also a Auto stand just below to the hotel so you have the choice to do your own trip. They know all the places around Munnar and you can book them for a day or in hourly basis.
