    What's Good: Its mixed feelings , some aspects are good some arent . which i specified before

    What needs to improve : Delivering the additional packages which they offer

    Reason For Rating : I stayed in grand plaza in munnar , i asked for a honeymoon package which was shown in the segment . Hotel has been very good so were the staff there .But the extra package which was offeered to me werent delivered as for my satisfaction . Wedding cake which was promised wasnt delivered at all . Bed which has been promised to be arranged wasnt arranged until i asked for , even after that they made me and my wife to sit in lobby for 1 hr in cold chilly night . I felt hotel is good to stay , but the extra packages and so on they lack the expertise to deliver those . So next time when customers were given those options they should be totally sure

    Reason For Rating : It was a wonderful stay at Grand Plaza Munnar. The Hotel has a good location and yummy breakfast. Thanks to the team to give me a upgrade to the suite facing the riverside. Just one thing made me upset. In the morning i checked out before breakfast time and the Hotel gave me packed breakfast which was unfit to eat. It has frozen sandwiches which became soggy and the fruits which they gave were also out of cold storage. Frozen like ice and when it melted it was only rubbish to throw away. I left the Hotel at 6 am and i think it was not too early and some small cooked warm breakfast could be provided. Rest was all fine

    What's Good: Room cleaning and staff approach is very nice. Morning breakfast also good like lot verity keeping to serve. We like it

    When we came to Munnar we were doubtful about the stay but Grand plaza couldn't have made it any better. It was a delightful stay and Mr. Jagdeesh and Mr. Ajosh Fransis made it even better. Complementary cooking lesson and napkin art was part of the stay. Thank you hotel staff and Grand Plaza for making it so memorable. Also, the view from the rooms is to die for! Must visit place!

    Good staff, clean rooms and excellent service. If you are planning a two or three day visit, you can choose this for your stay. It's near Munnar town but just a tad bit secluded so you can have the peace and calm

    We had originally only booked this hotel for one night but we felt so at home there that we booked another night. The staff were so welcoming and Mr Balaji, the General Manager, is so committed and enthusiastic and brilliant at his job. We were also really impressed with his commitment to the environment. The room was very comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. The food, and choice of food, was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Describing about the hotel may start with telling about the cordial employees including the GM Balaji they made feel us like at home. Even the small thing which I like to share is the anticipation of staff which made them bring umbrella once we reached hotel gate st rain. The morning walk sessions was really informative.     When I decided on a trip to Munnar, relatives told me that I wouldnt enjoy it there due to the lack of food and cleanliness. Rather than cancel the trip, I took the chance and planned anyways. I had no expectations of this trip but when I reached the Grand Plaza, everything changed. The hotel staff was warm and greeted me as soon as I entered. They took me to the rooms where I was once again surprised at not only the cleanliness, but also the design of the room. Later that night, dinner was full with asian, american, punjabi, and indian food; which was all delicious. As soon as I was headed to my room I was greeted by a friendly fellow named Mr. Balaji, who happened to be the General Manager. Never in my whole trip to India have I met someone so cheerful and warm hearted. We talked for hours about Munnar, its history, and even his childhood. He told me that if theres one thing in Munnar that I should visit, its a special place that only locals will know. Mr. Balaji offered to take me personally, as if he was my friend. If I had to review this hotel, I would say is to just meet Mr. Balaji. He is the essence of this establishment and also the heart of Munnar. Thanks for the great time!
