It was the best experience having this hotel in Munnar. The view from this hotel is very beautiful.Situated at the out skirts of the city in a calm place is the best part of this.Enjoyed alot staying 2 nights here.Hotel service was very good.well managed hotel.

  • Good hotel

by ShahNupur on January 6, 2018

Reading all the bad reviews I was afraid with my hotel selection. But all went good. Rooms were clean, hot water at fix timing, room service was quick. And view from the hotel was also very nice. The only problem is it is bit far away from the market place so if you don't have personal vehicle it's very difficult to travel. Otherwise i liked it. They doesn't have false ceiling in room and above it there is terrace so the noise directly comes to the room which is annoying when you try to get some sleep.

  • Shady Roach Motel

This hotel has unethical and possibly illegal practices. To begin with, the hotel management denied it is a part of the Expedia and refused to accept the reservation. Does this hotel have a partnership with Expedia? After a lengthy argument, the hotel half-heartedly agreed to provide two rooms. The hotel was not reachable from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to road construction and may be blocked for another one year. The rooms are barely furnished. One of the rooms had musty smell that was unbearable to sleep. Both rooms had bathrooms that were full of mold and mildew. It was funny to see the hotel restaurant operating with hand-written menu. I have never seen anything like this anywhere. The hotel did not give a receipt either. Isn't illegal to operate a business without giving a receipt for the business transactions?

  • Most Horrible Experience

Anyone willing to book this place do not book as the road to access this hotel is under constructionfor next 3 years. Only time to access this hotel is from 7pm to 7am. Hotel is 20kms away from Munnar city. The staff is extremely rude and they never informed about the road bloackage. When we tried calling them they never answered the phone and once we reached the hotel they explained that there is alternative road to reach hotel which is in pathetic condition. Hotel staff is rude and services are pathetic. The food is horrible, the rooms was full of bugs and lacked basic amenities like kettle and tea. The hotel is 1 star hotel but they are charging you for 3star property. My recommendation is do not go to this place ever.

  • Munnar trip

    by hafi2017 on November 2, 2017

It's an awsum hotel on the edge of a mountain. 20kms from Munnar town. As we checked in around 11am, the hotel was surrounded by clouds, a view worth staying in that hotel. From the room window clouds can be touched. Good buffet breakfast was Available.Only demerit was limited variety of food and u need own car or rented car to go there. The hotel provides their vehicle to pick up and drop to main road. Even they arranged for bonfire. Overall loved the stay.
