What's Good: Hotel Staffs are very friendly.
What needs to improve : Plug points not working, except TV's. Mobile charging was the main problem.Atlast provided a extender cable, late night. Distance is there, from Munnar. Do not use google map for hotel location. its confusing.

Booked through holiday packages and also confirmed. Once we visited they, simply said that it is not confirmed . Holiday package person also enquired, but they say no. Since they got some more guests at that time they give the rooms to them for better price. Pls avoid this hotel.

It costs Rs 4000 per night per room and in return you get: 1. Pathetic breakfast (I've attached a pic). We were there for more than 1 day and it was the same quality on other 2 days as well. You get breakfast worse than what you might expect even at a Rs 1000-1500 per night hotel 2. Food is average and exobitantly price 3. Rooms always have that damp smell and beds are kinda sticky and do not feel very clean. There are mosquitoes in the room and a lot in the bathrooms. 4. Shower water heater didn't work. We had to take hot water from wash basin to bathe. 5. You should keep mineral water to wash your hand, face (and maybe for bathing too) etc as the water that comes out of taps has this faint dirt yellow colour at times. 6. Backside of hotel which is the view for some rooms (ours too before we repeatedly asked them to change it) is littered and filthy 7. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Yes. Period. Forget it. Also, can confirm Airtel network is zero there and BSNL sometimes connects but not Internet. So keep that in mind. 8.You can see traces of algae all around the hotel even in walls of your room. The place is not maintained at all it seems. 9. Bathing space was broken in bathroom and it was very filthy with stains all over and flush didn't worked erratically so we had to use buckets at times. 10. If you have issues with cigarette smoke you are out of luck. People were smoking all other and specially outside just below the windows and you will enjoy plenty of passive smoking. Only one thing is good there - its location which is very good. But I wish that was enough to have a good experience. Better try other properties nearby. We checked some and they were of all kinds but all of them at least were hygienic. Overall it was a disgusting experience. I wish I could rate 0/5.

Cons: 1. Biggest drawback is the approach road. It will take you roughly 45mins to 1 hour to reach to the hotel from the main market as the road is too narrow and poorly maintained. 2. The hotel is next to the tea estates and very far away from the city. 3. We had booked 3 beds but they adjusted us by joining 2 single beds and said that it is for 3 people. 4. The hotel looks old and not very well maintained. Bathroom handle was broken and shower cubicle sliding door was broken. 5. Mobile connectivity - Idea and Jio was very poor, however hotel wi-fi was good. This hotel is not meant for families with young kids or for senior citizens because once you are in the hotel, you have to plan a lot for your outings. There is very little for kids to do here. In case of medical emergencies, the distance and approach road makes it very risky for senior citizens. Pros: 1. The hotel offers a good view of the tea estate and hills around. 2. Good for nature lovers and literally pollution free If you choose this hotel, then you have to plan a lot for sightseeing outings as you cannot do multiple trips to and fro from the hotel.

We stayed for 2 days with Thomascook package. Bath rooms of all rooms leaking and spilling water. Bath area too small. People who serve breakfast, sneeze near the food trays, scratch the nose and face and use the same hand on the food. Feel like vomiting. No airtel signal there. Very isolated place. Do we need any more reason to put off the holiday mood? Never take chance with this hotel and spoil the mood. .
