From the other reviews provided here I think we stayed in the standard room. The stay was fine. All facilities were fine. But I feel that it may be a bit pricey for the level of service provided. The vegetarian restaurant at the ground floor is also fine. Munnar town is walkable from the hotel location.

We stayed for a night and the rooms were very bad smell and the blankets provided by them also was not washed . We are really dissapointed with the resturant here . First they told the food rate is 100 and after having food they told us to pay 210 per head. The food was also very bad . We were 23 people and we are not satisfied with the service . I am just giving you 1 star to comment only otherwise will not give any star. These people want only money not the customers happiness or anything other than money.

I came from Chennai and stayed with my family at Munnar for a couple of nights. I booked the Superior Deluxe room. Its a very safe place to stay with family and in the town itself. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy.

they have three types of rooms. The superior category, where we stayed was good. The other two categories I saw and found it below average. Nevertheless,we were on an emergency and reached hotel at 8PM and there was no prior booking but the guys were good enough to allot a room. The staff were good and the superior room was clean and spacious enough for 2+1 people. there is a Guj-marwadi restaurant (they claims) on the same building which provides decent meals. The prices were a bit high for the quality. However the food was decent enough.

We stayed in superior room which is very specious, clean & facing road & a small hill. The superior rooms are on 3rd floor, but lift facility is available. The bed was comfortable.Bathroom is big and having 24 hour hot water facility, which is needed in Munnar. Bathroom floor leveling need to be given attention as water remains. There is veg restaurant on the ground floor where you can have food. In case you need variety, there are many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walkable distance. We had a look at deluxe rooms on 2nd floor. They are very small in size. Probably half the size of Superior room & looking both sides-front & back.If you have more than 2 members, prefer Superior room. Service was good.
