What's Good: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is if good quality. They helped us in getting 3 rooms adjacent to each other inspire of rooms being of different category.

Getting to the hotel is not so easy and the hotels own taxis are a little over priced. We visited in off peak season, so the staff were a skeleton crew, which may have attributed to the very slow service; however the staff were friendly and courteous. As a vegetarian there was only a limited menu available and heating was via electric heaters which were also very limited. Regarding location you are situated high up into the foothills and close access (by car) to Mussoorie itself however the hotel is nestled in among the trees and so there is little in the way of good views. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the hotel has a nice overall heritage feel. Perhaps the experience is different in peak season but it would not change the view or menu.

Have been to Mussoorie for a few times. This time is was just to relax with the family at a quite location and we chose to stay at The Claridges hotel. Its a little away from the main town and is nestled between green forests. The rooms are cosy and warm. The view from the room were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was quite good. They have a few lawns in the premises for kids and it is an old hotel with modern amenities. Would love to visit again.

I had an occasion to visit this Hotel alongwith family from 2nd January to 4th January, 2018. Though this was my third visit to the hotel but this time quality and standard of services was not upto the mark. The hotel should maintain its services irrespective of number of occupancy. During our stay, occupancy was from 25-30 pax in the entire hotel. However, the staff on duty was not adequate. At buffet breakfast we were kept waiting for considerable time as service staff was not posted adequately. Also in spite of my requesting for fruit basket, which was mentioned in their reservation confirmation mail, but same was not provided. Carpet placed in the room was quite dirty. Overall, the service was very poor. I have decided not to visit this place again.

Best part is the cut off location, it is for people who like the calmness and want to be away from noise and the hustle. Lavish Rooms and well maintained but staff little stingy. Breakfast n food can be improved for certain. Costly food wherein mostly people prefer food outside. Rotis cost a scorching Rs 50 each !! Good for families but be ready to have your transport or depend on hotel for pick and drop. Worst part of Mussorie is Private Parking & poor infra overall.

We spent 3 Nights 4 Days at this hotel during our trip to Mussoorie. The Claridges is a charming little hotel reminiscent of the days of the English Raj. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for me, my husband and my little baby and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the main market, so perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
