What's Good: The room size, the cleanliness, the size of the television, the overall upkeep, the convenient location
What needs to improve : The utterly noisy community building next door

What's Good: I stayed with my family in this hotel, everyone enjoyed a lot. Hotel is located a just few meters from the Palace. Facilities are good at the hotel. Staff are so courteous with the visitors. When I checked-in around 7:15pm at late evening, one of the staff told me that, pls go and visit the palace lighting which will be there for another 15 mins. Else you will miss a great experience in your trip.
What needs to improve : We eat only vegetarian food. For dinner, we could not find any south indian vegetarian food. Only North indian items are available in the restaurant. It will be great if there are few south indian items

What's Good: The hotel is in the heart of the city. I traveled to every place in an autorickshaw. Mysore Palace - Rs 30, Zoo - Rs 40, Lake Rs 50, Philomena Church - Rs 30. Brindavan Gardens is the only place which was far away (Rs 500 for a to and fro taxi). The security guards in the hotel were helpful. We searched for a medical shop to buy some tablets and the security guard helped us get that. The medical shops are in parallel streets to the hotel.
What needs to improve : The food is dangerous. We ordered Chicken honey crispy dish and fish fingers. We became ill because of that. Be very careful when you order for food from your room. You will get extra food that you had not ordered and you would end up arguing with the delivery guy that you had ordered stuff. I would request people to go to near by places to have food. There are good eateries available outside. The rooms are spacious, but there is nothing more special to it. You can just come back and rest in this hotel. That is it. You can save on the travelling time. But definitely not worth to stay if you are expecting a luxurious stay.

What's Good: The hotel is located in the heart of the city adjacent to Mysuru Palace. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The food at the Durbaar resturant is delicious (chinese/north indian/south indian) and price is also reasonable. The property is clean and tidy, ample parking space and very spacious rooms and nice facilities. All in All a great value for your money and wonderful experience indeed!!!
What needs to improve : Cannot think of any thing here. But maybe the bath rooms could have been a bit more spacious

Its the best place to be in Mysuru, location is also very near to the Palace and walking distance from the center of the city, breakfast is good even though you have to be there in time before things get gobbled up, best place for family get together, office staff is courteous and approachable for your needs.

We came right after a 4-star resort and until now I don't understand HOW this hotel has 4 stars as well. We might fell on a bad night but for this price and quality, it wasn't up to a standard. We arrived quite late, though I did confirm the reservation several times they called me at 6PM to find out if we were coming. When we arrived, we spent at least 20 min to check in as there was only 1 person at the desk. There was also a problem as another guest called them and they said to come as they had availability, but apparently we were the ones who were supposed to come. Anyway, this is not why I rated so poorly. Now let me describe my room for Rs7000! When we came to the room, we were shocked as it looked like it wasn't finished at all. Dirty walls, electric plugs weren't fitted properly in the wall, tv cables were just piled on the furniture, dirty not even windows, tiles in the bathroom had holes, and rust. And then we saw it: buckets in the bathroom! I would expect it in 1 star accommodation, but in 4 star?! And stains on the bedsheets! Stains everywhere with some hair on it... So we went to ask at least to change the sheets. When service came to change, they first kept old sheets, started to tack the blanket inside and said they would put new sheets on the top! I just had no words. But said that I want to change all of them, and believe they weren't happy. They looked at me like I wanted the moon. Night spent there was just as bad as our arrival. Noise was everywhere, outside and inside the hotel, plus for some reason there is a small window on the top of the door. At night light coming from the hallway was very disturbing. We were soooo exhausted after that night so we barely wanted to go and explore the city. Oh yes, when I booked the hotel we purchased half-board (dinner & breakfast included), but they had no idea about dinner option. Though they provided us dinner, we didn't want to go for breakfast as we didn't like food at all and we just wanted to run away from this hotel as soon as possible. The only stars I'm giving for the courtesy of the welcoming and restaurant staff. Very polite...

Visited this hotel during Christmas with some of my friends. It is located very close to the Mysore palace and is very accessible from the bus stand and the city railway station. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean as it is a new hotel. Breakfast offered was good too. The restaurant is a pure vegetarian restaurant. I had one of the best veg dishes here. 'Dahi ke Sholay' gets my special mention. Overall a very good hotel. I'd love to come again.

The hotel is nice, breakfast good, bed is comfortable and the staff is very responsive and nice. However it is loud early in the morning; also there is glass panel above the door and the room is very bright at night. The staff did come and put a pillow over it for the next night.

We spent one night at NI Ambaari Suites during one of the busiest time periods in the city (around Christmas). The hotel was disproportionally expensive regarding comparable Indian standards (which is quite reasonable during that time of the year though). Anyhow, the quality of the room did not hold up to the price we paid and the worst experience was our breakfast in the restaurant next door, the "Veg Kitchen", which is part of the hotel: stale fruits, a tasteless selection of breakfast choices and a disappointing lack of hygiene. Apart from this trough and through negative and sickening culinary experience, the reception staff left a very positive, friendly and helpful impression on us.
