We meet this lovely couple Mrs Bhartee & his husband . They are epitome of King like hospitality . The estate situated just on the outer Mysore & easily communicable thru Ola . But we remain amongst greens . They serve organic foods . They are so friendly in nature that we forget any barrier . In the evening we set up with BBQ chicken roast . The home stay is perfect for relaxation .

A very good place to relax with a group of friends or family(especialy with kids). Bharthee aunty ( owner of the homestay) is very homely and prepares delicious food. The only problem is about the door latches, please get it repaired. However in front of the hospitality provided, the latch problem is fine :)

We as a 5 friends with our family planned for a vacation for a very long time & one fine day we ended up calling this place at 1:30 Am. Still got all the information that we needed. And about the place wonderful location with nice people around we didn't feel that we were away from our house. Lovely host and they made sure we had everything to party hard. Yummy food and comfortable stay. Away from the city buzz and peaceful stay with nature around. What more needed

Ok, you're in India, Mysore to be exact. If you want to stay in the city and enjoy the constant buzz of city life and find a new place to eat every day there are many opportunities for you in Mysore. But if you've been traveling for a while, or if you live in a city, and you would like to know what it feels like to be settled in with a wonderful Indian family on a farm in a rural setting, then look no further than Bharathee Homestay. You'll enjoy a huge home that is modern, bright and airy, surrounded by green space, flowers, gardens and animals. Just being able to eat without ever wondering if this particular meal is the one that will make me ill is worth the stay. I've eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinnersomething new every day. I've been treated like a king at the Bharathee Homestay. Every meal is an education and a delight. If you enjoy food, cooking, gardening, politics or yoga you'll be in heaven. The farm is on the main road with bus service to anywhere you would like to go. Of course there is ample parking if you are driving in. If you are ambitious or energetic and like to really experience life on the ground you can even walk. If you get tired then a rickshaw (tuk-tuk) will provide you an inexpensive ride home. And the farm will quickly feel like a home. If you want to get caught up on the TV news or use the great wifi you'll be in the right place. English is spoken freely at all times. It was also a new experience for me to stay at a home that had kitchen staff. So warm and friendly you'll want to call it home, and stay. Be advised Bharathee Homes is an active farm. That means there is soil, grass, pets and the sounds of nature. If you want a spa experience or a hotel then you should look elsewhere. But if you want to get away from the noise and pollution of the city then you will not find a better place to stay in Mysore.
