This is one of my worst experiences among so many hotels I have stayed. I had booked a AC room. But when I reached there at 10am, they said all rooms are full. Then they gave one room temporarily to fresh-up. That room can't be called a hotel room. Very dirty, no ventilation, no towels and soaps. The bathroom was very dirty. Then I went out and came back at 4:30pm. That time they gave me the AC room. That room was slightly better. Still not good and can't be called a decent AC room. The bathroom was dirty, among three taps, only one was functioning, shower had broken, no hot water during day time, etc. They have hot water in bathroom only between 6:30 and 8:30am. There were broken and hanging electrical wires and pipes in bathroom. They did not provide towels. When I asked for water, the room-boy said they don't provide free drinking water. But then he brought one bottle and said, this is complimentary, but next bottle has to be paid. There was a food menu kept in the room, but the telephone kept in the room was broken. Hence the menu is of no use since we can't call anyone. The hotel is close to a mosque. Early morning 5:00 am they start azaan and one can't sleep after that full volume sound. Check-out was another bad experience. They had given me the promised AC room only at 4:30pm. The so-called room they gave me at 10am was just for fresh-up. But when I checked-out at 5:00pm next day, they wanted me to pay for two days. I argued with them and finally they collected Rs.1700 for one day. For that money I could get really good AC room at so many other hotels at Mysore. My advice to Tripadvisor is to remove this hotel from the list of hotels from Mysore. This can't be called a hotel. This place is very close to the main bus-stand and hence they get gullible customers unaware of the quality(?) of this hotel. Never ever go anywhere near this place.

The destination was very good specially the palace. The hotel location was very convenient and easily accessible. The hotel facilities were available at the hotel and Wi-Fi was good in speed. I would like to recommend this hotel.

Rooms weren't in any good condition. AC rooms has bedbugs and very bad toilets. People there greet you very well but the hotel isn't worth a stay. beds are all in poor condition and there was no way to turn off the TV other than doing a stunt to get on a chair to turn off the switch close to ceiling. Bathroom looks neat at the first look but nothing works. Shower could be easily compared to waterfall and buckets are in sick condition without a mug.. I'm sure I can keep writing more about the entire hotel and the room but ending here... better try to avoid if possible...
